Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst hotel ive ever stayed at This is the worst hotel ive ever stayed at, from the staff to the room. This hotel is a sheraton so I expected it to live up to the name I was wrong. The staff was rude and no help at all, the rooms were so outdated and the beds felt like sleeping on rocks, they had pumps for toiletries, and you can only valet if you want parking on property. Overall I will never stay here or recommend it to anyone plus when I let the manager of guest service know this its like it was shrugged off so thank you for a horrible weekend. September 26, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Was hoping for better Just came from a stay in San Diego. This hotel was recommended as we were attending a wedding. The staff were very helpful, and the location was good. The hotel needs some major work, the rooms need to be up dated, it felt like a Motel 6. Parking cost was $32 a day, and you have no choice but to use the valet. The room was very noisy, both from next door and the street. Check your bill, mine was wrong and they said that it would be corrected, still waiting. September 12, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Always happy to stay here! This hotel is one of my go-tos every time I'm in San Diego. Great location at the edge of downtown, and a short walk to the Blue Line train as well. Although this is a mid-range hotel, the views, especially from the higher floors, are spectacular - amazing views of the Coronado Bay and the rest of downtown. One of my favorite parts of being there. The hotel also has a nice basic restaurant with a good brunch. The staff is also wonderfully helpful - Louis has always been a great front desk help when I come, and Alexis, the guest experience manager always reaches out during and after to make sure i'm happy. Rated 1 out of 5 by This hotel was horrible and so was the staff The beds, plumbing and staff were the worst. The coffee was for 5 minutes then taken away. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for any reason. The spa was cold the pool was cold and the work out room was the pitts. There was nothing about this hotel that would make me stay there one more minute. We cut our vacation short, so we wouldn't have to stay in this PITT of a hotel. August 24, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Staff makes this hotel! The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay great. I booked last minute in the craziness of SD ComicCon and might have expected a harried staff, but these guys were pros. They gave us my gold benefits without even asking and went out of their way to make sure my daughter and I had all we needed due to our last minute decision to stay downtown and our very late arrival. The hotel was clean and comfortable and well within walking distance of Little Italy which was great for eating away from the Convention center madness. July 29, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Hidden Gem in Downtown San Diego! I stay here during Comic Con annually and love the hotel and location. Short walk to the convention center and immediate access to Hwy 5. Love the free full breakfast amenity option for Platinum members. It is steps from Little Italy! Free airport shuttle, gym, pool, lobby lounge, sundries shop and a computer with printer access. Rated 4 out of 5 by Convenient location, watch your bill We have had great luck with Four Points in the past. As usual, the bed was comfy and the staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Pros: Comfy bed, great location, airport shuttle Cons: Extra charges on my bill after leaving and upon calling and speaking with Adelaide, I was eventually able to get them refunded. However, she was quite rude on the phone. I also waited for help at the front desk while they tried to figure out unauthorized charges on another guest's bill. This must be a regular thing for them.
