Rated 5 out of 5 by ABOVE AND BEYOND I AM A FLIGHT ATTENDANT OF 24 YEARS WITH A MAJOR AIRLINE. I HAVE BEEN IN HOTELS IN EUROPE AND A LOT OF THE U.S.. NEVER HAVE I SEEN THE HIGHEST DEGREE OF PROFESSIONALISM AND CAN DO ATTITUDE FROM ANY OTHER HOTEL THAN THIS ONE. NOTHING AND I MEAN NOTHING IS EVER A PROBLEM TO THE FRONT DESK,RESTAURANT, OR HOUSEKEEPING. SPECIAL THANKS ALWAYS TO LATOYA, ALI, ALEXIS,AMANDA,JAVIER,MANNY. IF YOU WANT FIRST CLASS STAY HERE. Rated 1 out of 5 by Not recommended This hotel is truly the noisiest and most disturbing hotel I've ever stayed in. Even though I was staying on the 15th floor,  the noises from the adjacent rooms, highway,  and planes kept me up all night. The outside wasn't safe either with homeless everywhere. The hotel itself is old and really needs to be updated. Also, one day there was an unbearable smell of rotten eggs through out the entire hotel. The staff just carried on like it was normal and no one said a word about it. I couldn't wait for my stay to be over and will be sure to stear clear of this hotel in the future. May 7, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Exceeds expectations I was pleasantly surprised with my recent stay at 4 points. From the moment I walked through the doors I felt valued and welcomed as a customer. The hotel has been updated and is experiencing a few issues with the ac thermostats and TV. This was not a problem as facilities was summoned and quickly corrected the issues. The most valuable asset of the hotel is their staff, congrats to Sheraton for recruiting the best. Loui at the front desk makes a great first impression setting the tone for the entire stay. Rated 3 out of 5 by Old hotel in a decent location Pros: Location - the hotel is close to Little Italy neighborhood which has some nice cafes and restaurants. It is also not far from downtown. Cons: Old and small hotel. The hotel is close to the freeways and you can hear the road noise even on higher floors if you are facing them. March 15, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Staff I enjoyed my stay at the Four Points San Diego Downtown. The staff make the difference and are very friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Zack in Valet / Transportation who is a great ambassador for the hotel on both my trips in and out & for taking me back to the airport on a short turn. February 29, 2016

Rated 2 out of 5 by The hotel is understaffed and had equipment in the rooms hallway on throughout the night. Was booked on the 10th floor only to learn the hotel was running noisy equipment throughout the night. Went to use the ice machine on the 10th only to find out it was not operational. Went to valet and no one was manning it. I had "Lyft" pick me up so I could make my destination in time. The kid working valet eventually walks up to advise he is the only one working that Saturday. This is unacceptable, considering you impose a $32.00 valet fee. What a mess! Never again... February 1, 2016
