This newly renovated hotel was perfect for my needs. I was looking for a reasonably priced hotel close to friends that live near by. When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly front desk clerk who upgraded my room to a suite.
The room was a large two room suite that was very comfortable.
I asked for a late checkout which was immediately granted.

The staffs were really welcoming and friendly.
Everything was great, except that the shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom almost ran out, which made it harder to use them -- I hope the housekeeping staffs would replace them as soon as possible (the room number is 340).
I'd be happy to return to this SPG hotel, provided that the issue is fixed.

While the room was clean and decently appointed, there are several improvements that need to be made. The restaurant is overpriced, food quality is mediocre at best, and the staff needs (in the very least) some basic training. The restaurant was not busy, but we still waited nearly 20min to place our order and we were never asked if we wanted drinks. In addition, the night check in staff gave us (obviously) wrong travelling tips, tried multiple times to check us into rooms under repair, and failed to offer us any perks with our Gold status (the last being the least of our concerns). The morning check-out staff was courteous and apologized for the issues we had.

Overall experience was great until the night desk clerk ruined it for us. We came back from a 5k run, were very hungry and was told that there were no options for food around there other than the snacks they sold at the counter.

We were at the Sheraton for business meetings and we were so disappointed in the staff. They did not seem helpful at all. We had to request several times for them the make up the couch bed in our suite and when they did they did not put any pillows or blankets on it. When we requested a blanket they said that they didn't have any that fit that bed. We simply said that we would obviously need something to sleep under other than a sheet. When they brought up the blanket they still neglected to offer any pillows, we were so tired of bothering them that we just decided to live with out the pillows for that bed. In addition to the bed issues they also seemed like there was a genuine lack of communication between the front desk and the restaurant where the business luncheon was to be held. The restaurant told me that there was not a luncheon to be held there in just a few hours and the hotel kept sending me back and having me tell them that it is in the Bay room etc. It was crazy with me delivering messages between them walking back and forth through the parking lot. Why they could not call on the phone I will never know. Very unprofessional experience.
