Nice hotel but water pressure in the shower was very weak so my wife couldn't wash her hair. Luckily we staid only one night before heading to FL on our road trip.

I have stayed here a number of times. As long as you realize that you are staying in the middle of Bourbon street and it's going to be loud all night, you will have a blast! Fantastic hotel, great staff, can't ask for much more.

The location was very good to get to see the french Quarter .
Night life at the door .
If you stay here ask for more towels ,a room off Bourbon street ,
If you are looking for quite nights .
The staff are very nice .

This hotel was lovely and exceptionally clean and the staff was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful at all times. The location was wonderful since it was right in the heart of all activities on Bourbon Street.

Great location; right in the middle of it all. The worst barmaid I have ever encountered. Although we had left at 9am room was still not made up at 3pm. Called and it was taken care of.

I love this hotel for the location. On the corner of Bourbon and Toulouse. Right in the middle if the action. It's also very comfortable, clean and everyone is friendly.

My rate plan included free breakfast, however on the morning of departure My wife and I were told buffet was not available. We did not receive any adjustment to our rate.

Rooms were reserved in April 2013 for stay in September 2013. Request was 4 balcony rooms side by side that all shared the same balcony, and 2 court yard rooms. It was confirmed these had been reserved. Call was made several times to confirm we still had the reservations. On couple of calls, we were told only one room reserved. Took hours on the phone to get this fix, only to show up at the hotel to go through the same mess again. We ended up with room on 4ht floor, several all over the 3rd floor and one on 2nd floor. This was a large family vacation with 23 of us, the mess up with the rooms really put a damper on things. Staff kept saying there was no other rooms as they were already reserved. OUR ROOMS WERE RESERVED WITH CONFIRMATION!!!! Just one big mess if you ask me!!! The room I was in, was hot, could not get air conditioning to work correctly and no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which only made matter worse. We had a family Birthday to celebrate along with cake to be served. When we ask for plates and silverware to use, we were not told no, but told where to find a store that would sell us plastic ware and paper plates!!!
We stayed at this hotel 5 years ago, it was great and no issues, that's why we came back. This time, not the case. The Hotel is a great location for what our family wanted to get out of our visit, but the staff really disappointed this time around.
We were told the mess up was due to whom we talked to when we reserved, that they don't know the hotel layout. If that's the case someone needs to be better trained.
Lastly, this was a family vacation, paid for by my Mother and Father, at no time was there any effort to apologize to them or even attempt to make the issue right. And my only question to you would be, why have confirmation numbers if they mean nothing in the long run? Like I said they kept saying our rooms were not reserved?!?!

I love a clean hotel that is well maintained and this hotel is perfect in both aspects. I'd highly recommend - plus the French Quarter location is amazing.

this last night we spent there was kind of a disaster
my wife had a severely injured ankle and was on crutches
we had requested early check in when making both reservations
we got there around 9am, my wife sorely needed to lie down and ice here damaged ankle
sometime after 3pm they finally had a 'clean room', there were 6 people checking out at 9am, really - 6 hours for a clean room
so we get to the room, no bath or hand towels, remote control was dead, etc..
and they had us on the street, it wasn't bourbon, but toulouse, bars close at 5am
the street noise could have been overcome by the ac fan, but the loud drunk people in the hall every 45 minutes could not
if you stay here and aren't a party animal, get an upper floor, courtyard view, end of the hall, like we had the first time
on the good side, the room is clean, bed is comfortable, the ac works great and it's in the French quarter close to everything
the staff just seemed 'disinterested' in our needs, I guess would be the polite way to phrase it
the concierge, nice
the bellman, great
outside of that - so so
sorry Sheraton, you have so much better service in your other hotels

Had a great time! We had an inside room that we were able to get a full nights rest in after a fun night out on Bourbon Street. Would definetly stay here again.
