The first night was horrible, due to other guests being up from 11-4 in the morning. I think part of that is due to the pool, and voices carrying over the water. However, there were kids yelling and running from room to room, maybe there should be quiet hours or the pool should be closed at a certain time?
However, our breakfast was quite satisfying, and our bed was very comfortable.

The upgrades and improvements that have been made to this hotel are great. This stay was vastly improved over previous stays while under different ownership. The room was very clean and comfortable. I greatly appreciated the complimentary breakfast. I will definitely be booking future stays in Manhattan at the 4 Points by Sheraton.

This is obviously a refurbished hotel. The room smelled musty and the shower door did not seal. A package was delivered for me earlier in the day and upon check-in no one mentioned it was there. When I went back and asked they could not find it. Had to get short with the staff and show a confirmation email before they looked hard enough to find it. Just not up to the standards expected from a Sheraton Hotel.

My only complaint would be if you are renting a room that has 4 person occupancy would be to put 4 towel in that room. From what I can tell that might make life a little easier on a lot of folks.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Lorial High School Reunion nightmare
This hotel was the worst that we have stayed in. The rooms were dirty, the maid service was very poor, as they only made the beds & changed the towels. No cleaning of the bathroom or sink, no cleaning of the room and no vacumming of the floors. The only meal we ate was breakfast & the food was underprepared & tasted awful, hard to believe that French toast w/ sausage & pancakes w/ bacon could be so poorly prepared & taste so bad. We will never visit that hotel again & will be very skeptical of all Sheraton hotels.

I didn't get a wakeup call & nearly missed my flight. On return, shuttle left without me, tho I made a reserve. &was out front immediately. I'm staying in Manhattan again next week & will be there frequently in future. I will never stay at this facility again.

As a platinum spg member, this hotel was a little disappointing. The rooms smelled musty and of mildew. The hotel is in a good location but really needs major remodeling. If you are looking for somewhere to stay it is ok. It is not up to par with other spg hotels that we have been to.
However, the staff was friendly and helpful.
