We only stay at SPG properties and this hotel does not match up to SPG standards. Maybe once this hotel finishes renovations it will be nice. We had a pool side room, which reminded me of a cave. Our room was dark and had a musty smell. There was no natural light coming into our room at all. The bedding was the only positive point of this stay. The bathroom was just average and no more cute bottles of shampoo/conditioner are given out. Everything is attached to the bathroom wall.
The pool area is great, but the heater in the pool had been broken for a while so the water was ice cold. So in the end I won't be staying here again until the renovations are completely done.

Do not stay at this hotel. It should not be approved by SPG. This hotel was old, dirty, under construction, and disgusting. the Bed was terrible and smelled. The room was dirty with big nasty stains on the carpet. The bathroom was nasty, vents dusty, and closet unfinished with bare sheetrock exposed. parking and logistics were terrible. Will not stay here again.

This facility is not ready for guests. The old rooms are dirty and smell bad, the new rooms smell like paint and almost burn your nose. Construction workers are running all over the place blocking hallways; tools and materials lying about. Dust is on everything. All the entrance doors except the main one are old and some don't close all the way. I had to park in a rear alley with all the construction worker vehicles, very distant from the lobby. This is the worst Starwoods experience I have ever had, coast to coast. Don't stay here.

This is a new Four Points and was a perfect stopover for us. Wonderful people in the restaurant and front desk. We had an issue which was promptly handled. Will definitely stay again.
