Rated 2 out of 5 by Not Sheraton Quality This is obviously a refurbished hotel. The room smelled musty and the shower door did not seal. A package was delivered for me earlier in the day and upon check-in no one mentioned it was there. When I went back and asked they could not find it. Had to get short with the staff and show a confirmation email before they looked hard enough to find it. Just not up to the standards expected from a Sheraton Hotel. August 10, 2014

Rated 1 out of 5 by Very bad experience I didn't get a wakeup call & nearly missed my flight. On return, shuttle left without me, tho I made a reserve. &was out front immediately. I'm staying in Manhattan again next week & will be there frequently in future. I will never stay at this facility again. August 7, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful Experience This hotel exceeded all of our expectations! The room was nice, but the staff made it a truly enjoyable experience. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and accommodating whenever we needed something. Would definitely stay there again! August 4, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Ok....... Hotel very clean & updated. Staff very nice & responsive. Room was very humid, nothing would dry. We had do not disturb sign out, but left by 10am & our room was never cleaned. Didn't say anything to front desk, probably should have? Breakfast was good, fresh fruit, standard eggs, biscuits, etc. Big lobby area, great for kids to run around. Pool was clean. Bar was nice. July 30, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Hotel-ok As a platinum spg member, this hotel was a little disappointing. The rooms smelled musty and of mildew. The hotel is in a good location but really needs major remodeling. If you are looking for somewhere to stay it is ok. It is not up to par with other spg hotels that we have been to. However, the staff was friendly and helpful. July 28, 2014
