Rated 3 out of 5 by Poor sound proofing The first night was horrible, due to other guests being up from 11-4 in the morning. I think part of that is due to the pool, and voices carrying over the water. However, there were kids yelling and running from room to room, maybe there should be quiet hours or the pool should be closed at a certain time? However, our breakfast was quite satisfying, and our bed was very comfortable. September 21, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Attractive Facility with GREAT Staff! When we arrived, we were greeted with smiling faces and offers to assist us. I was traveling with my 2 young grand children. The hotel seemed to have some remodeling completed since I was there last spring. Very attractive lobby area. Our room was nice with very comfortable beds. My grandchildren enjoyed swimming in the well kept pool. We slept great and woke up and made coffee in the room. We all enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet. A delightful weekend. We will definitely return the next time we visit Manhattan. August 26, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Hotel under renovation We only stay at SPG properties and this hotel does not match up to SPG standards. Maybe once this hotel finishes renovations it will be nice. We had a pool side room, which reminded me of a cave. Our room was dark and had a musty smell. There was no natural light coming into our room at all. The bedding was the only positive point of this stay. The bathroom was just average and no more cute bottles of shampoo/conditioner are given out. Everything is attached to the bathroom wall. The pool area is great, but the heater in the pool had been broken for a while so the water was ice cold. So in the end I won't be staying here again until the renovations are completely done. Rated 2 out of 5 by Not Sheraton Quality This is obviously a refurbished hotel. The room smelled musty and the shower door did not seal. A package was delivered for me earlier in the day and upon check-in no one mentioned it was there. When I went back and asked they could not find it. Had to get short with the staff and show a confirmation email before they looked hard enough to find it. Just not up to the standards expected from a Sheraton Hotel. August 10, 2014
