Rated 4 out of 5 by Affordable yet good hotel in Guilin area The hotel is somewhat far from the city centre of Guilin and from the train station (both >30min by taxi) but it is worth the trip and the SPG recognition is very good. English was initially a bit of an issue as we are not sure how to go around the various places in or nearby Guilin (the To Do paper was missing from the room, the hotel does not provide city map and no one at concierge speaks English). However, we were lucky as one of the staff, Annie, speaks good English and helped us along the way. The hotel is located next to a new shopping mall and close to the Guilin airport. Food & beverages at the hotel are rather costly when compared to nearby restaurants. Overall it was a good experience staying at the hotel and will definitely come to this hotel again. Rated 4 out of 5 by Great hotel, value & staff This is a fantastic hotel. Great Platinum recognition to stunning suite, We booked 3 rooms and they upgraded all the rooms. It is very spacious, well laid out and have amazingly helpful staff who go out of their way to help. The Chinese restaurant is stunning quality , flavour and very reasonably priced. The only downside with the hotel is the location. It is about 20min from the Guilin city which is a hindrance if that is your main goal. If you want a nice place to stay on way to Yang Shuo then this is great. It also has a brand new HUGE shopping complex behind it with lots of local cheap and yummy restaurants. April 10, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by 不推荐 按照白金待遇升级套房值得肯定,接下来是一系列吐槽:洗手间到处找不到可以供吹风机使用的插座,大堂吧没有给会员折扣(本人已经主动告知会员号),酒店员工在大堂吧坐着聊天,在大堂吧里坐了二十分钟才有吧员出现,调制的饮料十分不专业,餐纸不是福朋标准而是外面购买的“清风”餐纸,客房送餐明明没有到终止时间却告知已经终止 ,服务人员态度冷漠(除前台),客房内连玻璃杯都没有,迷你吧是空的,最后离店确认账单还少算了一笔,总之各种槽点 September 1, 2016

Rated 3 out of 5 by 服务需要大力加强 下午入住后,点了汉堡送到房间,吃完后,下午四五点的时候,我下楼外出时和礼宾部说请在我外出时收餐盘等。一直等到我凌晨2点回到房间,餐盘还在。 同时,凌晨回到酒店,大堂一个人都没有,黑灯瞎火的。一直走到电梯间附近,发现一个保安睡在那里,非常不体面。 January 18, 2016

Rated 2 out of 5 by 五星的装修遇上两星的服务 前天去入住了这家新酒店,刚刚到酒店其实已经后悔了,环境过分的荒无人烟,真的是一个人都没有,酒店装修还是挺高档的,和以往福朋都不一样,但管理上是在不敢恭维,下车不见有接客服务,其实是外国人才有人热情招待,礼宾部常常没人,的士乱开价,餐厅师傅直接用手拿食物上架,位置又偏僻,晚上饿了还要被坑30去县城找吃的,应该不会在去了吧 March 7, 2015
