Rated 5 out of 5 by ontheroad2 Staff went the extra mile!
I ended up travelling without a reservation but went to the Four Points for help. Staff searched everywhere and I ended up safee on lobby couch until someone checked out at 4:00 am. They arranged to clean and get me into that room for a little more rest and a welcome shower and out the door by 7:30 am. Thank you for caring!

Rated 5 out of 5 by jorchm Second Time and Still on my list
Second time that I stayed at this property. It is a good option in front of the Edmonton International Airport. The Ric's Lounge Restaurant has an excellent menu with a good selection of drinks and a nice atmosphere. A special thank-you to Pam our waitress, who was excellent in their service and the food suggestions she provided. My only disappointment was that the hot tub wasn't working. I will suggest to the front desk staff to review the special requirements on the SPG members' reservations since sometimes make a great difference when they are met. Other that that everything was great.

Rated 3 out of 5 by MMAR So much potential
Penny wise and pound foolish on service. Both at the hotel and the restaurant- this location seems to be too lean on staff ratios. Restaurant service suffers due to staffing levels both AM and PM (and probably training) at what could be a excellent venue. Staff they have are good but just too busy.
Shuttle service requires sign up- and don't expect to pop on- as if there are 10 people reserved- they use the 10-person van (to save gas??) rather than the larger van they have. Leaving zero room for error. (Either staff or guest) quite frankly at an airport location- poor policy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by jorchm A good choice across the Airport
Hotel is located across the Edmonton International Airport, in the hotel corridor of Nisku. Hotel facilities are brand new, the access to the hotel is easy and it is located right in front of the Park n' Fly Parking Lot. The hotel offers also the option of parking for a moderate fee after checking-out if you want to leave your vehicle and take a flight #It is indeed cheaper than the Park n'Fly if it's only for a few days#. Shuttle service to the airport is available from the hotel. Rooms are in excellent conditions, but they are not soundproof, therefore they can be noisy in the mornings. Rooms facing north are the best option because they are not facing the main road. The hotel has four floors only and the top floor is the SPG Floor. Swimming pool and hot tub is a plus, but there is no sauna or steam room. The gym needs to be more furnished with equipment, right now it is pretty basic. The Restaurant serves a good and wide variety of dishes. Dinner was excellent and service was prompt, professional and accurate. Although it is a pricey dinner spot. Overall it is a good new property and a good choice for an airport stay

Rated 3 out of 5 by MRS5 Cleanliness was a disappointment
We were very disappointed in this hotel. We've stayed in a few Four Points and this was by far the worst.
It smelled terrible on our floor.
Food was left in the hallway for hours during the day, even though housekeeping was on the floor.
Our hotel room wasn't vacuumed.
There were bugs in the pool.
It was truly a disappointment.
We will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.
