Upon arrival we were checked into a room that we did not reserve. I reserved two beds so my wife and I could have one, and my sister the other. We then changed rooms for the second time to find out that they keys given to us didn't work because someone was currently checked into the room assigned to us. So again, we were assigned another room with a king bed and a pull out twin sofa bed because there were no more rooms available with two beds. I was not really happy about it but we were all extremely tired. We kept noticing that the floor in the bathroom was always wet. We thought it was the shower curtain. Come to find out, the second night the toilet was overflowing from the top. My wife fixed it since I was in the shower and we thought we had it fixed. In the middle of the night it started again. Oh and when I needed a place to hang all of the soaking wet towels from the toilet water all over the floor, the towel racks fell off the wall. So in a nutshell, it was a rough weekend. I told the front desk on check out, and I did not even get a apology for any of the troubles we experienced.

This was my third trip through the area and a welcomed stop. Mr. Hill who greeted me as a SPG member was very helpful. Despite a busy lobby full of guests he took his time to make sure I had what I need for my stay.

flight got in late. checked in - went to room. was a "loft" room. had to walk upstairs once i got to the room to find the bed. room was sweltering hot and very noisy at 1AM in the morning. called front desk and said this won't work for me - can they switch my room? front desk told me that they they weren't full so he he would put me in the hotel tower on the club floor. Really? Why wasn't this done originally - I am a platinum member. very frustrating! Waste of time!

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was "fresh and clean" as was our room. We had a great nights sleep. The staff was very courteous and helpful!

This is one of the best Four Points hotels at which I stayed. The color scheme & other updates made were very well done. The entire staff was very friendly & accommodating. Food at bar & breakfast buffet was very good & reasonably priced.

Had a business meeting in Richmond and the company I work for always uses Corporate Lodging ( presented at the front desk when checking in) to take care of billing for these stays. As is usual the Hotel ask for my personal credit card to cover any incidentals that may have been incurred - but there were none incurred. I get the bill from my personal credit card and the hotel has billed the stay to my personal card. This was wrong and now I have been given a 370.00 dollar bill for this stay.

I pulled back my covers and I found soiled sheets with several hairs. I complained and was given another room. I never slept because I didn't want to lay in any bed at this hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again and give it zero stars.
