Rated 2 out of 5 by Never again we stayed at the hotel for 4 days and bedding was never changed, maid forgot to leave coffee, clean washclothes, and forgot to vacuum the floor. Hotel parking lot was being used by people going to the Royals game so had to park in very back of hotel, had a party of four elderly people with us parking was very inconvenient. August 20, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great location to ball games. Stayed Aug 11,2015..I read the reviews prior to booking and understand you can't please everyone. My son and I were spending time together before he headed back to college and I was looking for a hotel close to the Royal's stadium.....great location for ball games. The room was clean, walls were not thin(never heard the neighbors and it was games night and hotel was full), tub was clean, sheets were clean, had enough towels, air conditioner blew cold air. The only down side I would say is that it would had been nice if the room had a small fridge and there was complementary breakfast. But all in all, it was a nice stay the staff was very friendly and I will stay again. August 17, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Unfortunately unsatisfied The hotel reception was wonderful, cheerful faces, and kind words. The room itself was clean. None of the accessible plug ins worked though so we had to charge our electronic devices in the bathroom. The air conditioner was superb, the breakfast was sad. By the time I went down there was barely anything to eat, and we were told upon reservation that it was to be a full breakfast. It was barely a continental. Not to mention 4 of the guests rooms had been double booked. The hotel restaurant bar staff struggled in Sat. Not their fault, but we heard all about an employee that quit. Overall it was a 2 star experience. Very disappointing for a Sheraton hotel. August 16, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Needs improvements We stayed here because of the close proximity to Arrowhead stadium for an event we were attending. That was about the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. Out of date, dirty, and way over priced are just a few of the negatives. I made this reservation clear back in December. Quoted one rate then, which was ridiculous but accepted it for the sake of the location. I was charged way above that. My advice: avoid this money pit! July 30, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Close to the stadium, needs help! Our check in time was 3pm June 19. Nine other groups were waiting for their rooms. We waited almost an hour and a half before we could get our room. Why was there a problem with all the King size bed rooms? Do they need to hire more staff to clean the rooms. The next morning, the shower gel was empty and only one small bar of soap was available. The Royals lost the game that night and you lost a future customer as well. June 25, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by not terrible Royals/Redsox game, drove 5hrs 40 mins requested early check in...was not accommodated. Wasn't even able to check in at normal check in time. Was told they would give us a free drink at bar, im pregnant it was 95+degrees outside was ready to relax. Was told check in wasnt until 4pm which was incorrect. .not my fault they were not staffed to clean rooms on time since hotel was completely booked the night before! Its close to stadium and cops escort you across main 4 lane highway so you can walk across convenience is about the only reason i would stay there again. Once we did get our room it was clean, bed skirt was stained but nothing we were actually covering up with was. No vents in the bathroom so it gets rather warm during a shower. Ice machine on 1st floor was out too! June 22, 2015
