Rated 1 out of 5 by richardoz SYSTEM GOT MY RESERVATION WRONG AND I WAS CHARGED EXTRA $50
I reserved (and paid in advance, non-refundable for a night from 3-4/jun/2015 (and I checked it 3 times before completing the transaction). When I got to the hotel the receptionist told me the reservation was for 7-8/jun/2015 and that the best she could do was to offer me a room for $ 50 more.
Now obviously the email the system sent automatically was wrong too, so there was nothing I could do to prove there was an error, so I had to pay the difference.
BUT, this doesn't make it right, it was an error caused by your systems and the minimum you could do is to provide what was sold and to apologise for the inconvenience. I am 100% sure I booked the right date, because I also booked the flights, not only the hotel. Now if you really want to provide a god service to your customers, you should investigate what happened and correct your systems, because the bug is there just waiting to cause problems for other customers...

From the moment I checked in the service was outstanding!! The Hotel has all the modern facilities I needed to make my stay perfect and is a location that puts everything at your finger tips - well done!

One year ago, I scored this hotel very poorly due to my experience. Where are they 12 months on? Much, much better. Staff are credit to the hotel. Check in was smooth, the room was much more comfortable and the shower didn’t leak. This time the hotel was no where near as busy which maybe a significant factor but based on my experience I would have to recommend all to stay here. Their standards and knowledge of procedures and customer services have dramatically risen. Well done to the hotel, management and staff.
Only recommendation: Offer bread or dinner rolls during dinner service

Great Hotel that is Stylish, Great Staff, Great Food and Good location too.
All Staff are very welcoming and professional. 5 Star Customer Service. Highly recommend Four Points by Sheraton.

Had a great stay, Very comfy beds. Central location and friendly staff. Value for money of valet was missed. Misplaced car keys when i needed to leave. Did not think it was handled well by hotel. Besides that a good place to stay

On arrival I was greeted by a staff member with an amazingly welcoming smile.
The room was perfect. Great facilities, clean bathroom, huge(!) pillows and luxurious bed. Conveniently located only minutes from the CBD.
I will definitely return to this hotel for my next trip to Brisbane.

Staff at this hotel were awesome. They genuinely seemed to care about your day and how things were. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was "can do". Great location for the hotel. Will stay again.
