Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent stay It's definitely worth the time to say that this was a great place to stay but I wanted to highlight the service which was outstanding. The staff were all excellent - friendly, quick to assist, genuinely nice, and always smiling. From the woman who made my fresh poached egg this morning, to the gentleman who helped me with my bags; to the two smiling girls at check in and the sunny, friendly guy who took my room service order - it is the best customer experience when the staff are genuinely happy and helpful. The hotel is in a good area. The facilities are immaculate. The breakfast was awesome - plenty of choice and lots of fresh food. My bed was so comfortable. .. Really happy to find this friendly place and will definitely stay here again. December 10, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Undecided Location in central Brisbane is nice. Some Pubs/Restaurant around, but no Food (kitchen closed) after 8pm in most of them. Other guests on same floor very nosiy during the night. No free Internet, no onsite parking (except expensive valet parking). Hotel quite new, room size and Equipment in room ok. December 11, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by spg loyalty means nothing I don't understand why some properties don't understand that without SPG loyal clients, they would struggle to survive these days. G20 this week in Brisbane meant although there was better rooms available, there would be no upgrade for anyone as I was told when checking in! Then i was waiting endlessly on the phone to have room service only to then go down stairs to The Eatery only to be told that the reason i was the only person dining was because the hotel occupancy rate was very low until later in the week when the G20 comes to Brisbane!!!! i rest my case!!!! Hotel manager please take note and don't make excuses!! November 10, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Location I have stayed at this hotel now quite a few times and have always found it to be a good quality 4 star hotel in a great location handy to lots of good restaurants and facilities. Whilst normally I get upgraded to a suite it did not happen this time but the hotel was fully booked so that was understandable. The check-in staff were excellent as were the concierge staff. In fact all staff that I encountered were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and will stay here agin when in Sydney for business. November 30, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Congratulations and thank you. May I start by saying well done on a great hotel experience. I travel for work and stay at many hotels and this property and its staff have been fabulous. Simple things like having reliable internet connection so we can work from our room make such a positive difference on our experience. It has really helped make all the effort of travel and work seem like less of an effort. I have stayed at the 4 points in Perth on several occasions and our experience here in Brisbane far surpasses that in Perth. I'd like to take the opportunity to thank a few staff members by name for their high quality of service and professionalism that was delivered with a certain warmth and always with a smile. Thank you to Jing, Jason, Chris and Courtney. Also a special thank you to Matt who helped us arrange future accommodation and a special birthday dinner for my sister. It has been an outstanding experience and I cant thank you all enough. We will definitely be happy to recommend the 4 Points in Brisbane and look forward to our next stay.
