The worst breakfast that I have ever had at a very nice hotel and had to pay a very expensive price for it. Food was cold and service was very slow. Would not recommend the breaskfast, but the hotel was very nice and clean.

We arrived at the hotel at 2:17 to check in after driving quite a way to arrive there. We were told there is no check in before 3:00 pm.
Really you call that good service. You made us wait 43 minutes before I could check in. Now don't tell me there was not a room available in that whole hotel. I did notice though at check in it was a new person who was very nice. Did the previous person just not want to work? Upon check out the next day I had to wait for that same clerk that would not check us in, to finish her smoke break before I could check out. Where is the customer service ? Why do customers just have to wait to accomdate your staff! Very poor service.

Our stay was exceptional because of the excellent staff. In Charleston for a sick loved one and couldn't have asked for a better and caring staff. Personally want to thank Michael & Stephanie at the front desk and Zach and Kamilah(?) in the restaurant. They really went the extra mile!

Reliable 4 Points/SPG hotel in an ideal location in Charleston, at a strongly competitive price. This week when I stayed, I had a personal problem develop and the staff were out outstanding in helping me through that so that my problem did not disrupt my visit at all.

The front desk attendant has been found to be not concerned with assisting guests but instead focused on the simple task of check-in instead. I called for the shuttle - she did not notify the shuttle driver - I verified this with the driver after the second call and pickup. However, all other employees were found to be quite helpful and friendly in spite of the attendant that should be setting the example and tone.

very clean place to stay but house keeping ignores signs you put on door to sleep and rest cause you work nights, banging on doors yelling house keeping is a little to much but besides that the breakfast needs a little work it was blah for $11 most places I have stayed breakfast is free with room..and was upset that the pool was closed no reason..,

The first thing is about parking. I got the parking permit and there was nobody at the garage to take it back. And parking fee was shown in the bill.
Second, very late and bad response from hotel staff. I have made 4 calls in 3 days and nobody responded me and the problem was not solved a bit.
Third, I booked two rooms and only one has been posted. Comparing to the previous two stays I had in other SPG hotels just before coming to this, the stays were instantly posted after I checked out. Difference is so obvious.
