Rated 1 out of 5 by My worst stay ever in a hotel Other than the room nothing else in this hotel is good. The district is the worst district ever. Very poor houses and very bad shops. I tried to stay as much as possible in the room and I even checked out early as I could not stand it. December 3, 2015

At night old souq and close walking distance to market This Hotel have got great staff, very warm hospitality and welcoming, true its in downtown however you have got a great old downtown traditional market close by. Rated 5 out of 5 by Training Facilities It was a great pleasure and experience to conduct training course in Four Points Khaldiya sheraton. The venue was very good and the staff were very supportive specially Banquet Supervisor Mr. Kishore. Restaurant was excellent and the staff were great specially Mr. Jijo, Mr. Adam (Cheff from Kenya), Mr. Giri (F&B Manager). Thanking you Falah August 20, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent Staff and Great Rooms I have been staying in this hotel every weeks for the last 1 and a half year and found that it is a good hotel with a very nice staff particularly guys in the restaurant and front office. I want to name and thank a few people in the restaurant particularly Mr Giri, Khaleed, Thomas, Jijo and Rohan and front office people and there are a few to name. Please gain expertise and skills by experience but not Attitude and Mr Giri has that great attitude and that carries to his great team in the restaurant Restaurant in floor 'M' is like my own kitchen. I easily go to restaurant and ask what I like to eat for that day. People are just great and they customize and prepare the food for me as per my taste. I definitely can say that it is my second home and never felt like it is hotel Also, rooms very big, spacious and beds are really good to get a sound sleep I want to personally thank the guys mentioned in restaurant and front office June 21, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Bad visit impression This was my second visit to the hotel but it was not good as the first time. I had the following instance that resulted in that bad impression; 1- Phone was not working well. I had to call operator for each number I need to dial, even for internal ones like reception. 2- Water in bat was not draining well and all the bathroom was becoming wet when I have my shower. 3- I tried to use the iron that was available inside the room and it damaged my shirt because it was left in the room although it was totally burned. Hotel management didn't do anything except of washing my other shirt for free; knowing that I had a delay of my lost bag during my flight. June 4, 2015

The Four Points by Sheraton, Riyadh, Khaldia has a very and courteous staff. I would like to specially thank the following team members for their outstanding service: Mr. Jijo, Restaurant Mr. Abubaker, Concierge Mr. Mohammad Ziaoddin, House Keeping Mr. Christian, SPG Lounge There are more dedicated hotel crew in kitchen and other parts of the facility, that I don't know their names. Rated 5 out of 5 by The room cleaning service was very good My stay at Four Points was really good. Room service cleaner on 17th floor Sohail was very efficient and helpful. He used to clean the room very well and explained me how Green channel works. I am really happy with his service and also the overall hotel service is really nice. February 24, 2015

Upon my arrival there were some misunderstanding regarding my preferences, however they solve them on the spot. I was happy to experience such an outstanding service. December 18, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by The Hospitality was awful Hello, I'm writing to give a brief on my experience with Four Points Riyadh, actually I had to major negative points 1- The majority of the staff are tough and dealing with guests in a very bad manner actually I'm shocked with such level of hospitality 2- Housekeeping quality was very poor for instance I stayed around 37 days in my last stay, the carpet was not cleaned during the whole period and after cleaning the room I found the trash can not emptied and no tissues refilled no spoons usually provided and when you ask the operator don't expect any response!!! Rated 5 out of 5 by “wonderful hotel" Stayed at FOUR POINTS BY SHERATON RIYADH KHALDIA Sep 20th - 29th.oct...Well what can I honestly say ? soo glad i did.The hotel & grounds are just fantastic,rooms are cleaned & fresh bedding,water & towels everyday. keeping everthing. There is no need to go shopping .you can get everything you require there at a cheaper price also from the market in the ground floor ...make sure you haggle tooo. Everybody i met at the hotel...from the shopkeepers,guys on reception,waiters at the restaurant etc were ALL so friendly.If you want a holiday & be teated like royalty book this hotel ok. Seriously.Seriously you wont be disappointed.We couldn't get over the selection of food on offer from breakfast to evening meal,everything was just cooked to perfection...Special mention to Nasib (house keeper)who clean your room every day he is V.good man and freindly and you will see the difference between dirty room and clean room after cleaning by this person . great thanks Nasib.and many thanks for the nakheel restaurant staff for (breakfast &dinner ) meals as they are very freindly and helpful with a v.nice smiles,and thanks for reception team as they are wonderful for helping and solving any problems you have...Food was definitely 5 star something for everyone & even the chefs would come out asking if you are happy with the food which I have never experienced in an all inclusive hotel before! thanks you very much for the management wish you further progress and more success. Now as for tipping......You don't have to..everyone is so lovely & helpful..But I wanted to as they work soo hard,when you do tip they go that one step further for you,you have to go there to believe & see it. Overall & to recap...if you want reserve a hotel in Riyadh just relax.BOOK BOOK BOOK now FOUR POINTS BY SHERATON RIYADH KHALDIA ...You wont be disappointed.Thank You all for a fantastic stay...... Rated 4 out of 5 by Electrical sockets Plugged my pc, phone etc into sockets fro using and charging but when I turned the lights off the sockets also went off ! Lighting sould not be wired on same circuit as wall sockets. Had to sleep with light on ! September 15, 2014

Rated 1 out of 5 by Bad Staff I have traveled a lot but, I have never seen staff like this in any hotel in the world. They don’t know to deal with costumers. I am not sure if training courses will help them. Afternoon the 1st day both cards did not work in my door which made me go down asking to reactivate the cards again. The agent did not ask me anything. One hour later other agent asked me by phone if I wanted to extend my stay I said yes at least 2-3 days. Two hours later the assistance manager knocked my door asking me if I wanted to extend my stay and ignoring ‘Don’t disturb singe’ that was on my door. 2nd day afternoon the same thing happened both cards did not work and I had to go down to reactivate them which made me very upset and checked out. The agents justified the system behind this. So be careful four points to tell costumers you have bad system (I have master degree in information system management). I called reception the 1st knight to check if there is a printer in the business center and replied yes there is one colored and black and with. The next morning I went to print some documents and did not find any printers in there. I went to the reception to ask which guided me to other agent told me the printer is out of service and he would help me. I gave him my flash memory and printed 6 pages B&W then after that asked if I wanted to pay cash or billed to my room. Why did not tell the truth from the beginning, there is no printer in the business center and the hotel need more money so hired an agent to print and collect money. Many questions to ask the assistance manager: - Why did not the agent took deposit authorization for many days? - Why did not ask the agents dealt with the customer before the customer? - How to ask the customer politely without insulting him then apologize when discovering the dispute created because of the hotel not the customer? - ………….. - …………ext. I am so disappointed. I want to see what four Points will do. August 28, 2014

The hotel room is of excellent quality and staff are very friendly. Ready to offer help any time, just a call away. The front desk Reception staff are very co-operative. I would like to thank them specially Abdulatif for his quick support for my requests. Always wears a smile on his face. I would also like to thank DSilva(Front desk). August 27, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Hotel but needs attention to Maintainence Great Location with very friendly staff and food that was acceptable, but not brilliant. While rooms were well done, needs quite a bit of attention in terms of maintainence. The drains of both the bath and the Sink were blocked leading to stagnation of water, which was quite a turn off(Happened on my previous stay at this hotel as well!). Also, the A.C wasnt cooling enough and made quite a noise which affected sleep. Was quite busy with work and didnt have the time to complain, but with a hotel of the stature of Sheraton expect that I dont have to!! August 15, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by A lot of Features in this Hotel My stay at this hotel was comfortable, other than the jerky slow elevators, every thing was fine. The Staff were very Helpful Especially at the Reception and the Valet Parking. The Iftar meal was Excellent. I hope my next visit will witness fully functioning 4 Elevators in this relatively high rise Building. July 16, 2014
