Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor service overall I arrived late in the evening....I was given a room that looked like it was lived in before and not cleaned....half eaten food was on a table.....aircon was not working( I complained but no one cared or followed up) Staff had a " dont care " attitude and made me feel like I should take it or leave it..... Calling any service number took over twenty minutes to be answered....two days later no one looked at the aircon.....sent a shirt to be came three hours late still dirty ..... April 8, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Professional Staff I would like to thank Mr. Junaid for his excellent professional job when he was able to handle my anger due to the Internet service out of order which caused me a lot of troubles.I wish him a great success in his work. In addition to the INTERNET SERVICE was out of order also the lifts was under reparation and there was lot of complain. Frankly speaking the hotel is lucky with their staff to handle all these problems but need lot of technical and engineering improvements. April 16, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice hotel especially for business The staff is welcoming, particularly Yahya, Osman, Charlon, Rami, and Claudio. Food is good too. I would encourage the GM to look into why the spg points are not credited on time and upon formal request. When posted for the week of 10-14Nov I also noticed that I wasnt awarded welcome points (I had not consumed any beverage/ welcome gift - as stated in my point balance) GM should consider constructing a gym dedicated for hotel guests and a few more options to eat. Rated 2 out of 5 by A ok alternative to Sheraton If it were not for points (without playing on words) there would be no point choosing this hotel. Although rooms are modern and clean, food options are very limited, gym is shared with public and a really shady and most of major international TV channels are missing. Adding to this the painful access to the hotel, in the middle of the old center of Riyadh with awful traffic at any time... Conclusion: I do not recommend this hotel, except for spg points. Rated 2 out of 5 by The hotel is beautifully designed BUT This hotel is beautifully designed but the room I stayed in was dirty! Chips crisps were all over the carpet and paper shreds were here and there. The toilets weren't cleaned fully the water spots were on the door and walls. No tissues. I called the reception complaining and they offered me to clean the room which was ridiculous! I insisted on changing the room and finally they did. When I moved to the other room I found the cups weren't cleaned I asked to change them and they did so. Also I asked for a baby crib and they brought an old torn and unsafe crib! Plus it had no mattress. Finally, the breakfast they mentioned in a brochure in the reception that the breakfast buffet will end at 11 a.m. I went there at 10:30 a.m and found nothing but a clean buffet ! This was a horrible experience for me and my family and I don't think I'll ever visit this four point hotel again. August 18, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Recommended with some reservations The hotel is beautiful, one of the best in Riyadh, but it's let down by poor service. After complaining about excessive noise coming from the room next door I was told by the duty manager that "it's okay, he's also a guest". This at mid-night! There were stains on the sheets (which they did change the following night) and I had to order shampoo a few times. It's really let down by the little things. September 16, 2013

Overall the main entrance is nice the staff is responsive and collaborative The Gym is basic but all the machine are new and is waht you need for 1 week staying The room is VERY nice even though small but very much modern and well mantained Special positive mention to the staff: Mr Albeity valet parking Mr Johonson cafeteria at the lobby April 27, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good but needs some improvements Shower design: uncomfortable, water comes out to bathroom floor Shower water pressure (room 3814) very weak. Television reception: fuzzy/pixilated picture. Staff showed me three other room, but the problem in the entire hotel. Elevators: 2 out of 4 have been undergoing maintenance for the last four months. Rated 4 out of 5 by Problems checking out I had a late check out (9pm) and 8:55 pm I received a pone call as reminder. I explained that I was finishing and need 30 min. more. At 9:10 pm when I was ready to go out, I received a second reminder; this is not a polite way with the guests. May 16, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by The Hospitality was awful Hello, I'm writing to give a brief on my experience with Four Points Riyadh, actually I had to major negative points 1- The majority of the staff are tough and dealing with guests in a very bad manner actually I'm shocked with such level of hospitality 2- Housekeeping quality was very poor for instance I stayed around 37 days in my last stay, the carpet was not cleaned during the whole period and after cleaning the room I found the trash can not emptied and no tissues refilled no spoons usually provided and when you ask the operator don't expect any response!!! Upon my arrival there were some misunderstanding regarding my preferences, however they solve them on the spot. I was happy to experience such an outstanding service. December 18, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Hotel but needs attention to Maintainence Great Location with very friendly staff and food that was acceptable, but not brilliant. While rooms were well done, needs quite a bit of attention in terms of maintainence. The drains of both the bath and the Sink were blocked leading to stagnation of water, which was quite a turn off(Happened on my previous stay at this hotel as well!). Also, the A.C wasnt cooling enough and made quite a noise which affected sleep. Was quite busy with work and didnt have the time to complain, but with a hotel of the stature of Sheraton expect that I dont have to!! August 15, 2014

The hotel room is of excellent quality and staff are very friendly. Ready to offer help any time, just a call away. The front desk Reception staff are very co-operative. Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Rooms and excellent staff I have been staying at this hotel for the last year, on a week on week basis. The one main reason I go back to this hotel is because of the staff. They do certainly know to make us feel at home. I would like to mention that everyone at the reception they do know me by name and I have looked after extremely well. The guys at the room service, Khalid and others are friendly as well. The rooms are well maintained. Flaws: a. There are a few areas of improvement mainly the Breakfast, the food is the same everyday, this needs to be sorted out urgently. The HOT beverages are pathetic for breakfast. b. The Coffee shop needs a permanent staff, most often they are not around. c. Unavailability of a decent swimming pool. Its a shared pool and most often it is occupied by the locals and not the hotel guests. I will recommend this hotel to all the business travelers. July 3, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Electrical sockets Plugged my pc, phone etc into sockets fro using and charging but when I turned the lights off the sockets also went off ! Lighting sould not be wired on same circuit as wall sockets. Had to sleep with light on ! September 15, 2014
