My stay at Four Points was really good. Room service cleaner on 17th floor Sohail was very efficient and helpful. He used to clean the room very well and explained me how Green channel works. I am really happy with his service and also the overall hotel service is really nice.

The past two days were wonderful. I truly felt that I was staying in a 5-star hotel. Services were excellent. Everybody was happy to serve and help. Upon my arrival there were some misunderstanding regarding my preferences, however they solve them on the spot. I was happy to experience such an outstanding service.

For what it is, you won't find better. Always reliable, always understated but just what you need. The night shift manager Abdel Latif is always a delight to see. Happy, kind and extremely helpful, he makes the process of checking in a breeze and handles any situation with ease. World class.

I'm writing to give a brief on my experience with Four Points Riyadh, actually I had to major negative points
1- The majority of the staff are tough and dealing with guests in a very bad manner actually I'm shocked with such level of hospitality
2- Housekeeping quality was very poor
I stayed around 37 days in my last stay, the carpet was not cleaned during the whole period
and after cleaning the room I found the trash can not emptied and no tissues refilled
no spoons usually provided and when you ask the operator don't expect any response!!!

Stayed at FOUR POINTS BY SHERATON RIYADH KHALDIA Sep 20th - 29th.oct...Well what can I honestly say ? soo glad i did.The hotel & grounds are just fantastic,rooms are cleaned & fresh bedding,water & towels everyday. keeping everthing.
There is no need to go shopping .you can get everything you require there at a cheaper price also from the market in the ground floor ...make sure you haggle tooo.
Everybody i met at the hotel...from the shopkeepers,guys on reception,waiters at the restaurant etc were ALL so friendly.If you want a holiday & be teated like royalty book this hotel ok. Seriously.Seriously you wont be disappointed.We couldn't get over the selection of food on offer from breakfast to evening meal,everything was just cooked to perfection...Special mention to Nasib (house keeper)who clean your room every day he is V.good man and freindly and you will see the difference between dirty room and clean room after cleaning by this person . great thanks Nasib.and many thanks for the nakheel restaurant staff for (breakfast &dinner ) meals as they are very freindly and helpful with a v.nice smiles,and thanks for reception team as they are wonderful for helping and solving any problems you have...Food was definitely 5 star something for everyone & even the chefs would come out asking if you are happy with the food which I have never experienced in an all inclusive hotel before! thanks you very much for the management wish you further progress and more success.
Now as for tipping......You don't have to..everyone is so lovely & helpful..But I wanted to as they work soo hard,when you do tip they go that one step further for you,you have to go there to believe & see it.
Overall & to recap...if you want reserve a hotel in Riyadh just relax.BOOK BOOK BOOK now FOUR POINTS BY SHERATON RIYADH KHALDIA ...You wont be disappointed.Thank You all for a fantastic stay......

Plugged my pc, phone etc into sockets fro using and charging but when I turned the lights off the sockets also went off ! Lighting sould not be wired on same circuit as wall sockets. Had to sleep with light on !
