Rated 3 out of 5 by bad and slow team response /qualification team on Tuesday 24/6/2014 at 6 o'clock pm my key is not working ,i called the operator using the phone in the corridor 7th Floor to send me another Key ,he said just a moment i will do the needful . i waiting in the corridor in the front of my room 15 mints no single response . return back down to the reciption ,i am chocked when they told me they dont have any idea about this issue i am asked to meet the duty manager ,he is not their,i am waiting till he came and i told him about this issue ,no response at least he didnt call me in my room to say sorry June 26, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by A lot of Features in this Hotel My stay at this hotel was comfortable, other than the jerky slow elevators, every thing was fine. The Staff were very Helpful Especially at the Reception and the Valet Parking. The Iftar meal was Excellent. I hope my next visit will witness fully functioning 4 Elevators in this relatively high rise Building. July 16, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Good but needs some improvements Shower design: uncomfortable, water comes out to bathroom floor Shower water pressure (room 3814) very weak. Television reception: fuzzy/pixilated picture. Staff showed me three other room, but the problem in the entire hotel. Elevators: 2 out of 4 have been undergoing maintenance for the last four months. Rated 2 out of 5 by Areas Need Improvement The room smelt of food, reported all that was done was the cooker extract was left on the whole day. This did not resolve the issue. Room 1702 The sheets smelt of smoke and so did the towels. The bathroom average very tiny. Airport pick up did not turn up although confirmed with the hotel. This is not the first time. This was the least favorable room I have had in my stays here. This is a nominated hotel by the company. I am a GOLD SPG there was no fruit in the room as usual. Breakfast no selection of yogurts. Telephone from the room very poor no one answers the phone. Also reported before. There is need for some real improvement in this hotel. May 23, 2014
