Rated 5 out of 5 by Good business hotel I found that the general standard of facilities at the hotel to be excellent. Staff were all very helpful and polite. After a very long journey and a delay at the airport I arrived very tired at the hotel at 5am. I was impressed that the front desk had all my paperwork ready, which helped speed me through the process and get me to my room without any delay. I stayed in 3909 and was impressed with size of the room. Bed very comfortable. Standard of food in the restuarant was what would be expected of this type of hotel. Not outstanding, but plenty of choice and cooked well. As this was my first visit to Saudi Arabia I was not sure about what to expect. However the hotel met my needs and I am looking forward to my return to the hotel in a couple of months time. 2014年3月8日

Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Professional Staff I would like to thank Mr. Junaid for his excellent professional job when he was able to handle my anger due to the Internet service out of order which caused me a lot of troubles.I wish him a great success in his work. In addition to the INTERNET SERVICE was out of order also the lifts was under reparation and there was lot of complain. Frankly speaking the hotel is lucky with their staff to handle all these problems but need lot of technical and engineering improvements. 2014年4月16日
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice hotel especially for business The staff is welcoming, particularly Yahya, Osman, Charlon, Rami, and Claudio. Food is good too. I would encourage the GM to look into why the spg points are not credited on time and upon formal request. When posted for the week of 10-14Nov I also noticed that I wasnt awarded welcome points (I had not consumed any beverage/ welcome gift - as stated in my point balance) GM should consider constructing a gym dedicated for hotel guests and a few more options to eat. 2013年11月19日
Rated 3 out of 5 by Recommended with some reservations The hotel is beautiful, one of the best in Riyadh, but it's let down by poor service. After complaining about excessive noise coming from the room next door I was told by the duty manager that "it's okay, he's also a guest". This at mid-night! There were stains on the sheets (which they did change the following night) and I had to order shampoo a few times. It's really let down by the little things. 2013年9月16日
Rated 2 out of 5 by A ok alternative to Sheraton If it were not for points (without playing on words) there would be no point choosing this hotel. Although rooms are modern and clean, food options are very limited, gym is shared with public and a really shady and most of major international TV channels are missing. Adding to this the painful access to the hotel, in the middle of the old center of Riyadh with awful traffic at any time... Conclusion: I do not recommend this hotel, except for spg points. 2013年9月22日
Rated 2 out of 5 by The hotel is beautifully designed BUT This hotel is beautifully designed but the room I stayed in was dirty! Chips crisps were all over the carpet and paper shreds were here and there. The toilets weren't cleaned fully the water spots were on the door and walls. No tissues. I called the reception complaining and they offered me to clean the room which was ridiculous! I insisted on changing the room and finally they did. When I moved to the other room I found the cups weren't cleaned I asked to change them and they did so. Also I asked for a baby crib and they brought an old torn and unsafe crib! Plus it had no mattress. Finally, the breakfast they mentioned in a brochure in the reception that the breakfast buffet will end at 11 a.m. I went there at 10:30 a.m and found nothing but a clean buffet ! This was a horrible experience for me and my family and I don't think I'll ever visit this four point hotel again. 2013年8月18日
Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor service overall I arrived late in the evening....I was given a room that looked like it was lived in before and not cleaned....half eaten food was on a table.....aircon was not working( I complained but no one cared or followed up) Staff had a " dont care " attitude and made me feel like I should take it or leave it..... Calling any service number took over twenty minutes to be answered....two days later no one looked at the aircon.....sent a shirt to be laundered.....it came three hours late still dirty ..... 2014年4月8日
