We were greeted warmly, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Gym was well maintained and sufficient for a good workout. Special mention for Dolly Hsu,who prepares and serves breakfast at the hotel. She is warm and extremely friendly and goes all out to make everyone happy with the breakfast that we ordered, She would accommodate guests who come down after breakfast has been cleared and would happily prepare food for them. Excellent service that makes us want to return again!

Arrived shortly before 10 pm. Room was not ready - they told me i have not choice but to wait since they'd clean the room and were surprised i was not happy with it. I asked that at least they'd make sure the room is really ncleaned. And I waited.
After aboutn 15 min i was given a key and sent to the room. The room was not cleaned - water on the floor of the batroom, shower and bathtub all wet, toilet bowl dirty.
I complained and after another 20 min at least the toilet looked better.
Filled a complaint sheet and left with the reception desk hoping someone will at least talk to me. No one did.
Do not recommend!

The hotel was clean and nice. I did not use the exercise room or equipment, but others in my party said they were very good.
I was very disappointed with the lounge & service. Either have a lounge or not. I was never sure if it was going to be open or if the was someone working behind the bar. I wanted to relax and have a drink after a day of meetings, but I could not do that at your facility.

Was there for a girls weekend. We checked in and the front desk person working seemed pretty sketchy. We went and moved our car to the side door to bring our things in and the front desk was standing smoking and acting like she was at a party with a few of her friends. Loud, obnious behavior. We go up to our floor. There are dirty dishes outside a lot of rooms in our hall, the room number panels were lying on teh floor on multiple rooms, like no one had been on that floor for days to notice the mess. When we went into our room the beds were made but everything was dusty/dirty. The white comforter had a red stain on it. We went for dinner and came back and walked into the lounge for a drink and it was full of men, which was fine. Some no socks or shoes on. Wont go into more details than that but it was scary for us. We didnt dare stay for our drink and went upstairs and locked our door. It was not a pleasant experience at all. We contemplated leaving to find another motel that night, we were that uncomfortable.

I have stayed at this hotel for over a year and have spent in excess of $20,000. Until recently I have had a fairly good experience. Management overcharged $140 for my last 20 day stay, and refuses to adjust it, talk to me when I have shown up at the hotel, or even call me back. They quoted me a price and charged me another. Overcharge of $7 a night. Is that legal? GIve me notice first. I will never stay at the Minot Four Points again, and will not recommend it to anyone passing thru. After all the time and money I have spent there, I do not understand why Management would ignore me for $140. Its not that much money, but I plan to follow thru with this until I am credited what I am owed.

The staff was very rude, the receptionist was flirting with her boyfriend that was not an employee and he was making rude jokes to me as a customer. At check out i was charged more then expected. The food and snack selection was not existent very few options. I am a SPG member and have stayed at many Sharatons across the nation and this was the wort service i had ever received.

We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. The hotel is new and rooms great. Unfortunately service is terribly lacking. The front desk person was very disinterested when we arrived. Then after our first night our room was not cleaned. It was the evening, so we called the front desk twice. They were not apologetic and did not offer us any assistance (we needed clean towels, cups and toilet paper - at least the bare minimum!). They suggested we "go look in the hall". After two calls we went down stairs to get the items ourselves. Again no one seemed worried that we hadn't had our room cleaned. We waited for toilet paper as they said it would be delivered but it was not. Finally we found an employee in the hallway and asked him for some!! This is a lovely establishment but there needs to be courteous service and sufficient helpful staff in order for people to return. There are enough new hotels in Minot so people can choose elsewhere to go easily.

This hotel seemed very new, like most of what is now in Minot. The hotel itself is nice and clean. I liked the bathroom tiled shower instead of the tub. There was no mention of SPG at all during check in or check out, no receipt for fast check out under my door, and no offer of a receipt from the front desk when i turned in my keys. The beds are very very firm, so if you like that then its fine, but it was a less than comfortable nights sleep. Overall the hotel was clean and quiet, but the staff was not the normal Starwood staff, maybe they just need more time to get comfortable with all the procedures,
