Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Staff and Hotel! I've stayed here 14 times this year for business and have never been disappointed (and I'm very particular about my hotel accommodations). This hotel is nicely updated, provides consistently great service, has very clean and comfortable rooms with great Sheraton beds, is very reasonably priced, and has an awesome staff! Jesus, at the desk, is always friendly and welcoming, professional and very efficient when I check in. As a Gold member (soon to be Platinum), I really appreciate the great room upgrades he provides when available. Dejuan, usually at the desk when I check out, is also very personable and efficient. The manager, Sandra, is also friendly and has helped me out with SPG when I had a problem with my points getting credited to me. Overall a great place to stay, very convenient location and an exceptional staff! September 25, 2014

She was exceptionally warm & friendly and then we she saw I was a Platinum member she went into high gear thanking me for my loyalty - the warmest greeting I've ever had at a Starwood property! Rated 4 out of 5 by 1-night stay This was definitely one of the best check-in experiences I've ever had. The front desk staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I was upgraded to a suite for having SPG platinum status without asking for an upgrade. They remembered to ask about my platinum amenity. When I got in the room, it was clean and the wifi was free with good bandwidth, which is rare at most hotels. I even had a luxury shuttle ride to the airport the next morning when the owner of the hotel offered me a lift. My one complaint was that I was under the impression that the Wednesday 5-6 happy hour included free select beers, but when I sat in the restaurant I was told differently. I also had sat down with a menu for about an hour and a half without the bartender asking if I wanted to place an order or get a refill on my drink. Other than that, the stay was great. I would definitely stay again. August 8, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Clean, quiet, comfortable and great value I stayed at hotel 7/18-7/20/2014 and was very pleased with the experience. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a flat tire and they helped me find closest repair place. One of the maintenance staff even offered to change the tire. The hotel is very clean. Rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable. It was a great value and very conveniently located. I plan to stay there again on future visits. July 21, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by A pleasant surprise new RSW! Because of bad weather we had to overnight near RSW Airport. A very nice women at Delta Baggage made a phone call and there we were at The Four Points Sheraton. What a beautiful hotel, front desk was extremely courteous and had us in our room in 10minutes. Although breakfast is not included; the restaurant on premises is excellent and very reasonable. I recommend it highly! July 5, 2014

Rated 2 out of 5 by Needs Improvement Our room had a strong and odd odor. We believe that a fragrance was used to cover up another odor but the fragrance used was overpowering and our clothes smelled like the odor after we left. We stayed for two nights. Our room was only partially cleaned late in the day. The linens were only changed on one bed and that was the only bed (of two) that was made. We did not receive clean washcloths when the room was cleaned and the coffee was not renewed nor was a clean bag provided for ice. June 30, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Pretty good in the Fort Myers airport area. Great, helpful staff. Rooms were clean and fairly modern with a lot of outlets and space. Had to go watch the Stanley Cup Playoff game at the bar (which closes at 11 with the kitchen wrapping up an hour before that) since the TV selection is limited in the room. FYI, had a normal sized king room on the SPG floor. June 13, 2014

The front staff were friendly and efficient and the small restaurant adjacent to the lobby served great food and drinks. The rooms were new (or updated) and we spent an enjoyable night. The shuttle service for the airport was on time and delivered us within minutes. We're so glad we stayed with Four Points Sheraton! June 8, 2014
