We arrived at 11:00p and checked out for a 7:00a flight.
The check in process was efficient and very friendly. The front desk staff person made us feel welcomed and valued while getting us to our rooms quickly - exactly what we needed at that hour of the night.
I received a Platinum Upgrade to a large suite. It was very nice with a full kitchen. Too bad I just needed a bed for the night. Regardless, I appreciated the attempt to reward platinum members.
As an airport hotel, it would be nice if they had some grab & go items for breakfast for early morning flights. Their breakfast started at 6:30 or later. We needed to leave for airport at 5:30. Something simple would be nice.

so i checked in late after a long day of traveling and went to sleep for the few hours i had before my meetings in the morning, i wake up to find ants crawling all over the place from the window even in my BED, After packing my stuff up and promptly going to the front desk to complain after showing the manager who i Believe was either Sandra or Heather they came back with me to my room and to there horror they saw the ants and said that the exterminator was called about this problem and kept on apologizing saying how they will refund me plus offer me 1,000 extra points and if there was anything else i said thats fine let me get my bill and see that the credit was applied she told me don't worry we will email you..... well its been over a week and several un returned calls and messages and still nothing but pictures of ants all over my room

This hotel is is need of an upgrade. The room had a musty odor, the ac was out of date and the overall feel of the room was not good.

love my short stay and will defintely be back. not far from beaches and location of eateries and stores . excellent excellent excellent. can not speak of the foods cause i did not eat at hotel.

We made a last minute trip down to southern Florida and decided to use reward pts to check out a few different hotels. This was our favorite because of the staff and the fact that it exceeded our expectations as a category 2 SPG hotel. Sara, the assistant manager, I beleive, showed great appreciation for us being SPG members and upgraded our room. It was such a treat and a perfect way to start out a wknd away. THANK YOU SARA.

Everything about this hotel was comfortable for me. I was treated well. I was here for a conference nearby. It was
a very good choice for my stay. I didn't use amenities, since I was busy at the conference. I am an SPG Gold member, and I appreciated being able to use Starpoints to pay for my stay.

I've stayed here 14 times this year for business and have never been disappointed (and I'm very particular about my hotel accommodations). This hotel is nicely updated, provides consistently great service, has very clean and comfortable rooms with great Sheraton beds, is very reasonably priced, and has an awesome staff! Jesus, at the desk, is always friendly and welcoming, professional and very efficient when I check in. As a Gold member (soon to be Platinum), I really appreciate the great room upgrades he provides when available. Dejuan, usually at the desk when I check out, is also very personable and efficient. The manager, Sandra, is also friendly and has helped me out with SPG when I had a problem with my points getting credited to me. Overall a great place to stay, very convenient location and an exceptional staff!
