Rated 1 out of 5 by Got lemons, didn't want to make lemonade My stay at the Sheraton, Delhi Airport was far from smooth. I had booked 2 rooms more than 2 months in advance of my arrival- One of the rooms was booked as a king bed, and the other room was booked as 2 double beds. Upon arriving, I was told that my rooms were located far away from each other (really?!). Moreover, the room that I had booked as twin beds was changed to a king bed without consulting me. We had taken an international flight in excess of 15 hours, and were extremely tired when we got to the hotel. I had sought the room with 2 double beds for my sister and me. Being a Platinum SPG member, I was expecting to get the same level of service that I get at other SPG hotels. However, it was not to be. They did not change the room to my original reservation, and as a result, my sister had to sleep on a rollaway bed after a long haul flight. When I spoke to the receptionist about why my request could not be accommodated, he said that the hotel was sold out due to a wedding. When I had booked my rooms, the hotel was showing a lot of availability. As I see it, I got a raw deal because the hotel had some wedding to cater to, and this is being a SPG Platinum member. I can only imagine the quality of service a general visitor receives. I also tried emailing the front office manager to make my displeasure known. It has been 2 weeks since I sent out that email, and I am yet to receive a response. All in all, my experience with this hotel was far from good. I would only reserve rooms here if I don’t find anything within a 50 mile radius. July 8, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Comfy Stay after long flight After about an 18 hour door to door journey from the US, we were relieved to get to the Four Points Airport Hotel. It is simplly decorated, but was clean and comfortable. We appreciated free internet and airport pick-up and return included in the price. Finally, we were delighted with the quality of the food which we thought was delicious--much higher quality than expected for an airport hotel. June 4, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by An Excellent Airport Hotel We have stayed here for four nights now, and have had a pleasant experience. The property's grounds are well-kept and all areas--inside and outside--are clean and welcoming. Our check-in was correct, and were shown to our room, which was also highly clean and inviting. The restaurant serves outstanding food, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. With its close proximity to the airport, plus the Metro, the Four Points is excellent value-for-money. Rated 1 out of 5 by Awful experience Having stayed at SPG properties for the last 3 years on a regular basis ( more than 200 nights a year on an average), I had hoped to make use of my points to stay at this hotel that is relatively close to the Delhi airport. The whole experience was all but short of meeting any of my expectations. Few issues to outline - 1. Assigned room - being a platinum member, I had hoped to atleast get a decent room. What i got was a non-preferred guest room that was small and not very clean 2. Suite night reward - I had requested to apply two suite night rewards during this stay which didnt go through. Strange and unacceptable as the whole freaking hotel was empty with only a few guests 3. Front desk - Uninformed and rude. 4. Unbearable smell in the hallways and room - there was this stingy smell which reminded me on moth balls was so strong that i felt drowsy after a while. I thought that my nose would get accustomed to the smell after a while which was not the case. The only saving grace was a decent restaurant that had some good food items on the menu. I am just baffled by this experience as I would imagine that SPG would want to focus on its loyal patrons. I am doubtful that i will continue using SPG for my future business and personal travel needs. March 17, 2014
