I am regular visitor to Dehradoon, I found this is one of the best hotel in city . This is my first visit to the hotel would like to stay again.

The room keys did not work after check-in. We had to wait for 10-15 minutes outside the room while the bellboy went down for fresh keys.
The room was not clean. It seems there was some recent carpentry work done and the carpenters had left behind saw dust.
The toilet was very dirty.
Temperature in the room could not be regulated. it was very warm. The maintenance staff could not help either.

I am very disappointed. The most important is the bed in the room which was too short. Shower was not working properly, suddenly extreme hot water flowing. I request the hotel Manager to spend one night in the room and take this experience. I could not sleep. How can you provide such short bed and spoil the name of Sheraton.Food was also very average and presentation was not up to the mark. I will never come back again and neither recommend to anyone. Not value for money.

The hotel is very nicely located & is very close to main attractions. The hotel staff is very polite and responsive.
The hotel lacks in their beverage area as the hotel doesnt have any liquor license.
Overall my stay was very pleasant in this hotel and would certainly go back and stay in this hotel.

Front desk people are not helpful and there is zero coordination among themselves only and as a result despite having MAP plan you are given bill for dinner ( not once but everytime) and i had to ask for the genuine bill which was not raised to me.Front desk people requires lot of training as they are the most unfriendly,unapologetic and unaware people
