Rated 2 out of 5 by They don't care I had a couple of stays there in late June. The hotel itself is really nice, newly built and shining. The rooms are nice, basic but still nice. I liked the wooden floors. Some rooms even face forest which is pretty awesome for a hotel off the highway. The problem is if something goes wrong they don't try to make it right. The hotel has authorised salsa parties from time to time, which happen to be in front of the main entrance mid week until 1 am. This effectively makes sleep in a room not possible. It's non sense. The other stay I had not working AC in my room and steady drain smell inside. The room dining is priced 2X comparing to local restaurants and pretty poor. So despite being a nice property itself due to service failures and mismanagement my stay was pretty terrible and I won't be back. July 13, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice hotel but location matters Hotel is nice if you are driving or it's your conference/ business venue. If not, I cannot recommend this hotel. Taxi is the only way to get to the city center and my conference venue is near city center. Tonight I called the hotel and requested a taxi. At the designated spot in city center, a taxi stopped in front of me so that I asked if the driver got a call from Four Points hotel.The driver said "yes, get in" so I took the taxi. But after 2-3 minutes, he asked me where I wanted to go. I was scared of that situation because it's 11 pm and I am a stranger here. He may not speak English well. Anyway, I took wrong taxi and of course paid more than 6 euros (it's the second time during my 4 day stay). Also, I had to buy a new sim card only for a phone call for requesting a taxi because the roaming service of my cell phone didn't work. Please give drivers a little sign/ logo of the hotel for recognition if there is no plan of a shuttle service (paid shuttle service is ok). June 24, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Hospitality Was staying 3 times in this hotel during my trip in Slovenia. We get an upgrade to Jr. Suite as a SPG platinum member and the suite was superb. Not to mentioned the friendly staff which offer a great hospitality. We really enjoy our stay with the hotel. Although the hotel is not located in the city, they did offer a Taxi to the town with fix rate of 6 Euros. And during the stay in the hotel, we realize the hotel even offer the room package with electric car. We will try it during our next trips definitely. May 4, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing check in experience I stay at SPG properties more than half of the year and this was by far the best check in experience I had. My fourth time in the hotel, my favourite room was ready, the lady greeted me by name and the whole thing lasted less than 10 seconds. Similarly at check out they were very efficient. The only improvement the hotel needs is in breakfast below SPG standards and the staff in the breakfast room who are less than attentive May 4, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Confused... I don't understand how this hotel is only an SPG Category 2. I have stayed at other hotels that were a higher category, and the Four Points Ljubjana far exceeded those in all categories, especially facilities and recognition. Slovenia is a fantastic country and Ljubjana is a gem amongst the European capitals. I look forward to my return to both this lovely city and this exceptional hotel! February 5, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Feeling home in Ljubljana away from home This year, I was staying several times at Four Points by Sheraton Ljubljana Mons and I always had a great experience! All rooms I stayed at throughout the year were very nice. This time I was happy to be upgraded to the only jr. suite with a balcony. And as a SPG member I always receive a lovely and sweet welcome gift waiting in my room, which usually make me happy immediately. The hotel is a little further off the city centre, but with the deal the hotel has with a local taxi company, it is not a problem and just a few minutes and cost-effective to get to the old town. I recommend the fries, burger and beer in the bar/restaurant! But the thing I appreciated most, is the super friendly and forthcoming staff. Thank you for making me feel the most valuable guest! I felt home in Ljubljana away from home. See you in 2016. December 9, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by Pleasantly surprised! Probably the best Four Points Ive ever stayed in. Great hotel. Was upgraded to their best room which was so lovely but wish Id known before as wouldn't have booked a second room for the kids as the room was huge! (would have tried to use a suite upgrade if i'd known) Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little way out from the centre of town but they have a great arrangement with a local taxi firm where you pay 6 euros each way to get into and out of the city centre. Very convenient than driving in and trying to park. The breakfast was included and was reasonable selection. The hotel is really nice for families and those traveling by car. Lovely forest with trails behind the hotel. Gym is a little small and may have to wait to use machines if the locals are using it. August 13, 2015
