I was extremely unhappy with my stay at this hotel. The staff and service was HORRIBLE - the only employee working in the entire bar and restaurant was rude and arrogant...the only front desk employee was rude, slow moving and confused by his job. Overall, the WORST customer service I have ever had at an SPG hotel.
The location is inconvenient...likely you won't be able to get service in the hotel restaurant, so you will have to drive quite a distance to find food. Also, driving through the airport to access the hotel is annoying.
Oh, don't forget the 4 bugs that I've killed in my room. Disgusting.
All around, the WORST hotel I have stayed at in OKC, and I will NEVER stay here again.

Checked in at noon, only to find no lunch service. Security latch on room broken, ripped a sock (fortunately not my foot) because carpet tack strip between carpet and tile not covered in carpet. Duct tape around ac unit, which didn't work well. Was told at 9PM that only deep fried food available. Fish and chips consisted of typical store bought frozen fish and chips that were unseasoned soggy potato chips. No silverwear, napkin, salt/pepper served with meal. It looks like they are trying to update, but the quality of worksmanship not there. Shower unit newer, but massaging shower head did not work.

Wonderful, large, clean room. The staff was very helpfull and accomodating which was great after a long international flight and my flight arriving after midnight. I was picked up at the terminal without any problem by a friendly staff member. The close proximity to the airport is perfect - literally a 5 minute drive. If that.

Breakfast was advertised from 6:30 AM. I went about 6:45 AM and was informed that they didn't know when the restaurant would open. I called at 7:15 and the restaurant was open. I ordered eggs over easy and they were fine. The potatoes were older than I am and the bacon was obviously microwaved. The toast was served dry with no butter or jam. Never had this issue at a Four Points before. Would not stay here again. Sorry.

There is not enough room to write my complaints so I will be writing the manager and owners of the hotel. I have stayed many times at this hotel but the last two times have been the worst and never plan on staying there again. Being a Starwood Preferred Guest, I have failed yet to stay in the Starwood Guest rooms.

This hotel is perfect for the travelers who have early morning departures from OKC. Free parking and a responsive shuttle system.

Gentleman at reception was excellent. Got me checked into room quickly. Room spacious and comfortable. Only complaint was thin walls and doors. Could hear everything going on around corridor area, even peoples flip flops slapping on their feet. Need some insulation in walls and doors that don't slam shut. Very convenient to airport terminals and 24 hour courtesy bus is great service
