Rated 1 out of 5 by Level 1 means cold showers? This hotel has great access to Oklahoma City's airport. That is where my compliments stop. The hotel is in desperate need of capital improvements. The room was lackluster (even when compared to other Four Points I have stayed at). The bathroom door had a large hole patched over. The air conditioning system did not turn off or properly regulate temperature. The internet was dreadfully slow. The final issue that forced me to post this review was that I had to suffer through a cold shower in the morning. Since when does entry level (SPG Level 1) mean sub-standard? August 14, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Below-average airport hotel Perhaps my expectations were higher because it was a Sheraton brand and I've had good experiences at other Four Points, but it seems like this hotel has run down and run out of business. Staff were friendly enough, but the hotel is definitely used to people checking in, sleeping, and leaving early - I had to work from my room for a day after a canceled meeting and found out the hotel restaurant, which takes up more than half of the lobby, doesn't serve lunch. At all. Nothing. The one thing this hotel does better than any other I've been at, though, is respecting late check-out. Between that and the "do not disturb" on my door, I actually was left alone by housekeeping. Other hotels, come noon, someone is pounding on the door regardless. That was an appreciated touch. Would I stay here again? Probably not. There are two full service Sheraton properties in town and I guess I'm just a fuller service type of guest. August 13, 2014

Rated 2 out of 5 by Hotel seriously needs upgrading/cleaning Have never stayed at a Fourt Points before in this condition. The exterior carpets were shabby and dirty. A mop and bucket were left out in the hallway. Front desk clerk had a line of customers. Should have been 2 on duty. Room itself was adequate. August 9, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love!! The check in staff was so curtious and very conscious of my needs! Shannon and Shane and Diany were the clerks I had the pleasure of interacting with and the pool was fun. Keep up the good work! The bar girl Jenny was a bit rude, loud and sassy however. But overall great! August 6, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Average hotel with inattentive staff Upon check-in, front desk staff clerk took some time to recognize I was standing right in front of her, never recognized my SPG Gold status, then ignored me when I said I'd like the points for my welcome gift. Then, during dinner, I had to send my food back as it was completely unseasoned. Replacement food was very good. On the positive, room was clean and bathroom was above the average Four Points bathroom. Very few outlets in the room, however. August 4, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Room Service Great Having a nice room is expected in this hotel and I have not be disappointed. This stay I used room service for breakfast and it was right on my requested time, hot and very good. This Four Points hotel is my 'regular' hotel when I need to stay a night before a flight.
