Gentleman at reception was excellent. Got me checked into room quickly. Room spacious and comfortable. Only complaint was thin walls and doors. Could hear everything going on around corridor area, even peoples flip flops slapping on their feet. Need some insulation in walls and doors that don't slam shut. Very convenient to airport terminals and 24 hour courtesy bus is great service

Upon arrival things quickly were complicated when the front desk attendant was rude and not very knowledgable of the hotel's computer system and needed the manager's assistance to check us in and answer basic questions about the hotel's billing policies. Which would have not been a big deal had they taken my credit card for the reservation and let me pay with cash when I checked out, as I was told over the phone would be the case. Rude staff & management. Dinner was tasty although pricey and few choices to pick from. Now the HUGE PROBLEM!!! I booked this room because of their shuttle service mainly and when I booked the room I asked the person I spoke with on the phone if they could take me to my gig I was booked for that evening and provided the address and they informed me that it would be possible. Now at 11pm when I get to the front desk, dressed and ready to go they inform me that they can no longer do this costing me $100s in car services not to mention being late for my gig. They treated me like I was a problem and not a priority at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by FDNY6284 This Place Saved Our Day!
After a long day of travel, we decided last minute to stop in OK City on our way home to San Antonio. Everything about this place was great...we ate at Follies and it was delicious. The staff were awesome. My only con is that it is a little confusing getting to the location. I guess maybe because I wasn't expecting to be taken through the actual airport to get there...but that's minor...the stay itself was fantastic!

Upon arriving I found that they could not process my credit card. After getting to my room I found the outside security door had the mechanism removed so anyone could open the door and just walk into the building. Upon getting to the room I found that the phones were not working so I could not make a call out or even call the front desk. I ended up walking the 300 yard round trip 5 times to talk to the front desk since the phones were down. Then we were told that the hotel dining facility would not be opening. We order food to be delivered via cell phone once again since the phones did not work. We then tried to connect to the Wireless network which we connected to fine but doing simple tasks like checking email would sometime work and sometimes not meaning this too was defective. We had enjoyed our stays here in the past so this stay was very disappointing.

Management allowed a person who announced they had chicken pox dine in the restaurant. When guest complained they were kicked out of the facility with one hour notice to vacate the room.

Are you ready for a story? My husband, niece and I were going to Reno this month (the 14th); and stayed in your facility on the 13th. All was really good on that day, and they even made a reservation for us for the day that we returned becasue it would be late when we arrived. We called and they sent the van to pick us up and then is when things went bad. My husband was helping my niece get her things into her car and so I wnet inside to check in. The night manager came to the desk and I told him that we had a reservation and gave him the card that we had been given. He took it from me and threw it across the desk, and ask me my name. I gave it to him and he then asked me how many keys I wanted. I told him 2 and he swiped them to activate them and told me that I was in room 149. Then he kind of chuckled and said; "Just head down the hall until you come to 149"; and walked away. He did NOT tell me that 149 was all the way around the building and that it would have been easier to move our car around back. So with 2 suitcases and 2 backpacks and my purse I proceeded to following his instructions. This was at 11:00 p.m. after being in airports all day. I told my husband what the night manager said and did after he got to our room and he went to talk to him. He told my husband that he was upset becasue he had an argument with someone on the phone. NOT MY PROBLEM! Not the way you should treat a customer that had nothing to do with the argument.

Rated 5 out of 5 by cbannon00 Very Close to Airport
My family and I stayed at the Four Points Sheraton OKC Airport for two nights. We were attending my son's graduation from OSU. We arrived late so I was glad it was close to the airport. We had a car rental so although the on-site restaurant was closed we were able to go out and get something to eat. There are NO outside restaurants very close to this location. You will need a car. The rooms are newly remodeled, the shower was new and worked well. The beds were comfy and there was a nice flat screen TV and coffee maker. I was a great location for our purposes.
