Rated 4 out of 5 by Ambrosz Very nice place to stay even if you don't need to be close to the airport
By airport but convenient to many places. Surprised but no air plane noise.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Troy75 Clean, quiet and comfortable
I often fly internationally into OKC to meet up with my family, and stay at FourPoints overnight upon arrival and before early morning flights. The staff is courteous and the shuttle comes right over after called. The morning complimentary breakfast service is set up super early in the morning, and the food at the little restaurant/bar is reasonably priced, tastes good, and is served by friendly staff.

This Four Points Hotel is the poorest excuse for a Hotel I have ever used both Nationally and Internationally. I can't imagine Sheraton Putting their Name on such. It was old, dark, smelly, no elevator and I had issues from the beginning! It is and will be the last time I use any Hotel connected with Sheraton!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Carrie34 convenience is only the first part of the story
This hotel is not only convenient, it is of high quality in room comfort, staff friendliness and attention and quiet surroundings. I often recommend it to my traveling friends and family.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Karen56 The hotel has great features except
The carpet was very worn and ripped. The desk chair was very worn and thread bare on the top. I was expecting use of the swimming pool while there, but it was dirty and did not appear to be filtering.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Traveleronthecheap Great Place for fly out
Thank you for letting us park our car following our stay. Our stay was great. The only problem we had was the unevenness of treatment by staff. Lady who checked us in was great but another lady came on and was rude. We came in an I asked for a bottle of water. "we don't have any." I would have bought one but there was none to buy. I needed it for my c-pap machine. I came back and she was rude again. I would will stay again when flying out. Thanks again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by NM61713 Night Manager
Are you ready for a story? My husband, niece and I were going to Reno this month (the 14th); and stayed in your facility on the 13th. All was really good on that day, and they even made a reservation for us for the day that we returned becasue it would be late when we arrived. We called and they sent the van to pick us up and then is when things went bad. My husband was helping my niece get her things into her car and so I wnet inside to check in. The night manager came to the desk and I told him that we had a reservation and gave him the card that we had been given. He took it from me and threw it across the desk, and ask me my name. I gave it to him and he then asked me how many keys I wanted. I told him 2 and he swiped them to activate them and told me that I was in room 149. Then he kind of chuckled and said; "Just head down the hall until you come to 149"; and walked away. He did NOT tell me that 149 was all the way around the building and that it would have been easier to move our car around back. So with 2 suitcases and 2 backpacks and my purse I proceeded to following his instructions. This was at 11:00 p.m. after being in airports all day. I told my husband what the night manager said and did after he got to our room and he went to talk to him. He told my husband that he was upset becasue he had an argument with someone on the phone. NOT MY PROBLEM! Not the way you should treat a customer that had nothing to do with the argument.
