The lady that checked during the night shift was really helpful. The hotel offers good value for money. We will be back.

It has a free shuttle service that will take you to & from the airport which saves money on cab fare. The hotel failed to mention that the restaurant was under construction prior to check in. So of course take-out it was, which was inconvenient. There were several families staying at the hotel who allowed the smaller children to run through the hotels screaming late at night.

Are you ready for a story? My husband, niece and I were going to Reno this month (the 14th); and stayed in your facility on the 13th. All was really good on that day, and they even made a reservation for us for the day that we returned becasue it would be late when we arrived. We called and they sent the van to pick us up and then is when things went bad. My husband was helping my niece get her things into her car and so I wnet inside to check in. The night manager came to the desk and I told him that we had a reservation and gave him the card that we had been given. He took it from me and threw it across the desk, and ask me my name. I gave it to him and he then asked me how many keys I wanted. I told him 2 and he swiped them to activate them and told me that I was in room 149. Then he kind of chuckled and said; "Just head down the hall until you come to 149"; and walked away. He did NOT tell me that 149 was all the way around the building and that it would have been easier to move our car around back. So with 2 suitcases and 2 backpacks and my purse I proceeded to following his instructions. This was at 11:00 p.m. after being in airports all day. I told my husband what the night manager said and did after he got to our room and he went to talk to him. He told my husband that he was upset becasue he had an argument with someone on the phone. NOT MY PROBLEM! Not the way you should treat a customer that had nothing to do with the argument.

Only Hotel close to the OKC Airport, but would chose another hotel next time. Paper thin walls! I was given a room right next to the side entrance door and that door slammed all night. Could hear the elevator and the people upstairs walking around. This is the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I might as well just camped out in the airport and saved my money.

Upon entering the Hotel, I was impressed with the staff, the cleanliness and decor of the lobby. The rooms on the other hand were very uncomfortable. The bed was too hard and the pillows were too soft.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Waterbucket Horrible Hotel
I was extremely unhappy with my stay at this hotel. The staff and service was HORRIBLE - the only employee working in the entire bar and restaurant was rude and arrogant...the only front desk employee was rude, slow moving and confused by his job. Overall, the WORST customer service I have ever had at an SPG hotel.
The location is inconvenient...likely you won't be able to get service in the hotel restaurant, so you will have to drive quite a distance to find food. Also, driving through the airport to access the hotel is annoying.
Oh, don't forget the 4 bugs that I've killed in my room. Disgusting.
All around, the WORST hotel I have stayed at in OKC, and I will NEVER stay here again.
