Rated 3 out of 5 by Needs improvement We were expecting a lot more from this Hotel. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap were attached to the shower wall which seems a bit outrageous for the nightly rate. There was no breakfast offering of any kind, and the coffee provided was sub-par to say the least! The only thing that saved the trip at all was the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff and the service at the bar happy hour. The courtyard and pool area were also very well maintained and clean, but do not visit this hotel if you are looking to maintain a work out regiment as the facility is very poor. March 19, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by Good location if you are in the area It's a little bit different from other SPG hotels as it reminds me more of a vacation hotel in Florida. Facilities were great and the restaurant was pretty good as well. The proximity to the highways make it ideal to stay a night for people passing through. The area around the hotel is fantastic. Rated 4 out of 5 by Satisfactory stay! One year ago I stayed at this hotel and had a bad experience with the service in general. The hotel needs some definite renovation. Rooms are dated. But in my recent stay I felt the customer service was much, much improved. The food service at the restaurant was better and the waiters very interested in caring for the customers. January 14, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Smoke detector false alarm My wife and 2 year old daughter stayed one night on Nov 28 which is the day after thanksgiving. When taking shower, the smoke detector inside bathroom go off after 5 mins. I open the door and it finally stop. When my wife taking shower, since it takes longer and warmer, the alarm go off like every 2 mins. And it really scares my daughter who already been slept. We call the front desk and they finally send someone to check. However, the guy doesn't even know there's a new smoke detector and he doesn't know how to fix it. The temp solution is just to take off battery so we can have a good sleep. Next day morning, when we r using shower again, it goes off again even they said battery is removed. This is really unacceptable. This is my second stay in this hotel but this experience is the worse for all SPG hotels I've been stayed. When checking out, i talk to front desk and she seems like don't know what happened and i doubt they will have someone to fix it soon. She can only apologize and said will give me some points? I don't think i'll stay in this hotel ever again. Really bad experience. December 2, 2014
