I WANT TO TELL YOU THIS PERSON GUY THAT I ASKED GUY THAT MY MEMBER IS SPG SO THAT IS COST FOR $79.00 DOLLAR THEN GUY TOLD ME IT WAS 91.00 DOLLAR BUT GUY COST ME MY CREDIT IS 106.65 MISTAKES SO WHAT SHOULD BE 90.85 DOLLAR? I HAVE GOT IT YOUR LETTER THAT IS SAYING COST ME 90.85 SO MY CREDIT WAS CHARGED ME 106.65 THEN YOU NEED TO FIX PAY ME 15.80 PUT IN MY CREDIT BACK???

I have had repeated problems with the shuttle van. It is consistently late, and twice just didn't show up at all despite multiple calls. One night I booked a shuttle for the next morning and then when I came down in the morning they had not entered the call

I was really in the mood for chicken wings . so i placed my order for room service plus fish and chips for my daughter . after about 30 min we got a knock on the door . And told that they ran out of chicken wigs ?? the hotel had very few guest this stay and . wondered why they did not just call us rather then come up to room ? And why would they not have something like chicken wigs on site ? strange

We always stay at this hotel for our girls weekend. Very convenient location and we love that the shuttle will take us to SONO. The room did have a faint odor that dissipated over time. Loved that we could have a fridge in our room. Thank you

I got to the hotel and I looked Ok, Got up to the room, it was average, the bathroom looked old and grungy. The rest of the room was dated. It was a fairly loud hotel, could hear doors closing, people in the hall and other noises throughout the night. My bigest complaint was the food. I ordered room service, It showed up in 40 Minutes ( the next morning I read it was to be delivered in 30 minutes or less or it was free) Well that did not happen. And the food it self was nasty. I ordered a pasta dish and it was dry not worth eating and a sampler App and it was burnt and also very dry. I did not bother to eat at the hotel for any other part of my stay.

I stayed in Room 419 on March 25,2013. The small box on the nightstand had a blank screen There were no operating instructions. When I could not figure out to make it work on my own I tried to call the front desk. The phone did not work. I went down to the front desk for help. The 2 people on the desk were not interested in my problem. I was told that maintenance was closed for the day and therefore nothing could be done to help me. I went to bed knowing that in the event of an emergency during the night I did not have a phone to call for help. . During the night I was awakened from a deep sleep by the clock radio alarm. In the dark, without my glasses on and being abruptly awakened I could not figure how to silence the alarm. As a last resort I pulled the plug. When I checked out I told the desk clerk the entire story but could not get him interested.

I can summarize as follows:
1. Lukewarm-cold water in shower at 7am.
2. Loud drunken parties on 3rd floor on a work night.
3. An unexpected call (granted, probably not mgmt's fault, more likely one of the revelers in point 2) at 5:20am.
4. A $7 breakfast buffet that offered a small carton of milk and single-serving box of cereal.
5. Wireless internet access that's slower than just using your mobile phone to tether.
The reason you pick a Fourpoints is for consistency. There was none of that here. Interestingly, staff didn't think to ask how the stay was upon checkout. I would hypothesize they already knew what they'd get for an answer.
