Disappointing for a Star-wood Preferred Location. In dire need of updating, no fridge in rooms (needed for medication), bathroom lacking, mold in grouting/missing, toilet low for senior, bathroom floor dirty, air/heat fan very noisy (turned off system to sleep), sent both menu items back to kitchen on first night (cold food, empty restaurant?). My husband and I stayed here often in the past, decided to come with my daughter for a long weekend getaway for the Queen's Bader Opening Gala, not how I remember the hotel and would not stay at this location again unless improved.

Previous guests use the balcony for smoking and spilling drinks. I love a king size bed so Queen doesn't do it anymore. The staff are excellent though and are very responsive to any requests.

The Hotel was in a great location ,walking distance to everything that we wanted to see. Stayed here last year and will be a repeat customer .Had a great nights sleep which is hard to find

We spent 2 fabulous days at this hotel.
The staff we met during our stay, at the
front desk and in the restaurant were friendly
and helpful.We did not meet the housekeeping staff but we could tell that
they did a great job because our room was
extremely clean.The room itself was very
spacious with a good size bathroom and
a large window overlooking beautiful Kingston
We enjoyed having breakfast on the
restaurant's patio. Finally, the hotel's location
Is excellent, the waterfront and downtown
are just outside the door.
We will definitely return

For the price paid for my stay I was incredibly disappointed. I had to have my swipe cards replaced three times. Once included being stuck in the parking garage. If the hotel is planning a band's after party, they should consider their guests. There is no sound proofing in this hotel, rooms included.

I stayed in room 910 and till the morning it was not possible to sleep continuously. The air conditioning is working so loud which makes it impossible to sleep, together with another machining noise (possibly from the elevator) it is like a test for my patience.
