The location is right on the sand and I mean on the sand. The views from the majority of the rooms are excellent. The front desk staff is awesome and very accommodating. The hotel is in the middle of a multi million dollar update which will surely make it a best hotel in the area. I met with the general manager to discuss some of the older furnishings like patio furniture which was worn out. He explained the remodel project and stated to me that new patio furniture is on order and will be in the hotel before June. Food and service in the restaurant was fair.
We will definitely be back later this summer as we love the area and look forward to seeing the completed remodel.

The Four Points Sheraton is a good Hotel with a great location. The front desk attention to my service requests was very good. I also enjoyed the delicious Breadfast food and fruit.
The only issue I had was that my room was not cleaned for 2 of the 4 days that I stayed there. Perhaps it was just a simple oversite. I had to take the trash outside myself and request clean towels from the front desk.
Once my room was cleaned and beds made (with the same used sheets to save costs), it looked very nice again.

No working AC. To make up for this, they gave me a free breakfast. I go and get breakfast @9:30 ( it ends @ 10) & there is only scraps left. Horrible experience for Way too much money!

Hotel was nice but maid service was horrible! Had to call many times and for staying there a week room was only completely cleaned twice.

Just did a 4 nights stay at this property in room facing ocean ... on first floor.. The balcony is full concrete you need to be standing up to see the beach...
so much construction at hotel and next door...
Air conditioning was not working we call maintenance 2 times they had to change the full AC UNIT.....Stain on tile in shower.. no wireless in room
So much rust on handrail to go to room... TERRIBLE.. i could not touch it going up..
great location.. OUTDATED HOTEL AND I PAID $202 A NIGHT ONLY A FOUR POINTS

Everyone was polite and helpful, however, there was a great deal of construction and upgrading going on that added much noise and unpleasant chemical odors. The ocean was beautiful ! The constant noise was not ! You might advise guests of ongoing construction before you book them in to your "luxury" hotel.

The hotel was beautiful but there were some minor things that diminished the beauty. The room wasn't available at check-in time. The hotel bathroom needed some work.
