This was the fifth stay at this Sheraton location with my family during the last six years.
Unfortunately, the entire wing of the hotel was without hot water. After a six hour drive from Atlanta, GA, we and my friends stayed in room 101+103+109. We were moved to room 438 the next morning, my friends were moved to other rooms where the shower curtains were missing and subsequently were moved again.
I felt very embarrassed because I booked and highly recommended this hotel to celebrate Thanksgiving.
However, the Thanksgiving dinner and service at the Sheraton hotel was excellent, just like home cooking.
This four points by Sheraton definitely needs some renovation.

The staff made a significant diference in making this stay a usual one to a superb stay. They recognized most of us in the group and gave us a warm welcome; the bar staff was exceptionally friendly and socialable. Made for a great stay while there on business.

To Whom It May Concern:
We liked the hotel, room and amenities.
We could not enjoy them. We were there only one night. My son is in the Air Force and in training at Eglin Air Force Base. We went to visit him prior to him deploying to Kuwait tomorrow 11/27/13. The room was clean, but noticed mold in the shower on the edges and cracks. The outside in the halls were run down and elevator not clean area very dirty. We had a suite hoping to enjoy sitting on the balcony and the view, but like I stated the weather was bad and couldn't enjoy any of the perks which wasn't the hotels fault.

We had a fantastic time and the room was perfect -- ocean front on 6th floor. The staff was so helpful and welcomed us with friendliness that was genuine. Jasmine, Amanda and Carmen made us feel at home. The sound of the waves on the beach at night was soothing and the fresh air a welcome from busy city air and sounds. The food was very good and a great value. Thanks for a great visit.

This was the second summer I visited. Last year I had a great room with an ocean view at no extra cost. I'm a platinum SPG member, and the staff didn't seem to care; I arrived to a basement room with wheelchair access (I did not request that) no view, and they didn't allow my late check out (guaranteed for platinum members). They were booked solid, but they should have some form of reward for client loyalty. If you're not going to give late check out, room upgrades, or SOME kind of reward for customer loyalty, why should I go out of my way to stay at a Starwood?! I won't be going back. It's a nice, but poorly run, hotel.

We had a beachfront room & the room had microwave, refrigerator, two queen beds & the most fantastic view of the beach. Just wish we could have stayed longer
