The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was comfy and the pillows were great! The shower felt like a real shower! Just a few suggestions: bartender should not wait tables..there should be a waitress for that. She was friendly. The front desk should acknowledge those in line with a quick greeting like "hi, be right with you sir/ma'am, or "sorry for the wait, I'll be right with you." Difficult customers,or questions should be pulled to the side and the next guest in line should be taken care of.

I was impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and well kept. The dining room serves an excellent buffet style breakfast at a reasonable price. When I was leaving the hotel for Boston, taxi cabs in the area were quite busy. Without my asking, the hotel manager offered to drive me to the train station and when there refused any payment for the service.

This was our 3rd stay at this hotel. I booked the weekend as soon as I found out it was graduation weekend at Fitchburg. My non refundable rate made it quite the bargain. Same room as before, same comfort. Bar staff this stay very friendly and accommodating. A big improvement from last time. Will probably not be in that area again but if we ever are, we will certainly stay at Sheraton. Thank you.

Spa was shut down for maintainance which did not matter because the pool was full of wild screaming kids making it unusable for adults even later in the evening.
Considering the location and the experience above, I think a rate of $139.00 was a bit high for this trip.

The hotel is in a good location. I did pay for a room that was suppose to have a bathrobe in the room and a bottle of water at sign in. Neither of which I received. I did ask for the bottle of water and the lady then gave it to me. I was upset about the mislead details regarding the room, but I did enjoy my stay overall. It was clean which is very important to me.

Overall service, location, and amenities were exceptionally good. Appreciated the equipment in the fitness center. Pool area was great, spa being broke was not a big deal, but it looks unsightly in the condition it is in.
Advice, fix it or take it out.

I was attending our churches annual conference and stayed only one night but it was very enjoyable. I lost my watch, reported it to the desk team and returned later and they had found it, left my pillow, came back after checking out, give a key to get back in, got my pillow! Rooms are comfortable, loved the pool! Our meeting rooms were clean and if more chairs were needed, they appeared seamlessly without interruption of the program.
