Wonderful property. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The shuttle drivers greeted everyone with a positive and helpful attitude.

Positives: close to O'Hare and staff is friendly and accommodating.
Negatives: The lobby and rooms have a dank smell. The linens are fraying. The doors tend to slam so I heard my neighbors leaving for the airport during the evening.

Shuttle 24/7. Popular with AA pilots. Understand detailed shuttle pickup.." Door 2" . Outside terminal to hotel. 1 "suite" available if not booked unlike web site info.
All rooms small incl for SPG "VIP"..
Less than 300 sq. ft.. Noisy AC/heat.
1 easy chair, 1 desk chair, no dresser space. Dirty carpets.. Sliding glass doors not work & never cleaned..Ugly views thru dirty glass sometimes.
Only Dunkin' Donuts & Subway walkable. . Gas station. Industrial area. You are stuck.
Industrial area. Open 24/7. Gas station. Nothing else within miles. City public transportation to & from airport only.
Subway- $5 from & $3 to airport shuttle & hotel. Good local subway 24/7.Hour ride.
Hotel on shuttle is 20 minute ride to & fro.

I chose to stay in this hotel primarily because of its close proximity to the airport and its shuttle services. Unfortunately, the morning of my flight there was a very large line so I ended up having to take a taxi to the airport since there was not enough room. But I contacted the manager and he was very sorry about it and reimbursed me/gave SPG points for the inconvenience. He also mentioned that they are working to get additional shuttles for the morning rush.
Others mentioned that this property is in need of remodeling and it looked like they were working on this. I stayed in what looked like a new-ish room but still has space for improvement.

The staff was very indiferent and cold; The property needs remodeling, it has deteriorated and has been neglected in all aspects.
Will not stay again at this Hotel.
