I chose to stay in this hotel primarily because of its close proximity to the airport and its shuttle services. Unfortunately, the morning of my flight there was a very large line so I ended up having to take a taxi to the airport since there was not enough room. But I contacted the manager and he was very sorry about it and reimbursed me/gave SPG points for the inconvenience. He also mentioned that they are working to get additional shuttles for the morning rush.
Others mentioned that this property is in need of remodeling and it looked like they were working on this. I stayed in what looked like a new-ish room but still has space for improvement.

The staff was very indiferent and cold; The property needs remodeling, it has deteriorated and has been neglected in all aspects.
Will not stay again at this Hotel.

Very upset with my stay here. Hotel staff was rude. They were not informative and when I asked questions the front desk staff acted as though I was bothering them. Stayed 5 nights and my room was only cleaned twice. Was woken up several times by the sound of doors being slammed shut. Also I was charged for parking but had to park on the side street a couple of nights because the parking lot was full with vehicles that did not display a parking pass. If I had not paid in advance and wasn't told that my stay was non-refundable, I would've cancel after the first night. It's sad because my sister wants to have her wedding here but I will have to advise her not to because I refuse to let her pay these people that kind of money and have our friends and family experience what I went through.

This was a terrible experience. Old room. Old shower. Terrible temperature control. Loud radiator. Would not return.

There was no parking which was the reason we payed to stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk was rude. The bathroom badly needed updating. We stayed here years ago and it was a great experience this was a huge letdown and we will not be doing it again.

If you are business and want to stay somou can go to Gym and pool before work this is as good an hotel that i have stayed in.ewhere y

Room was no ready when i get to the hotel. Although i got conf email for two queen bed , only one king bed was available. The staff said it is the fault of central reservation system not her. Unless one customer had not cancelled over the phone at the last minute, i would have to sleep in the wrong room. I did not hear any apology about that. Worst hotel ever.
