Rated 1 out of 5 by Room 501 was horrible I was very appreciative that the manager of the facility was able to accommodate the timing of my stay as there were some confusion with dates to start, that went a very long way. However when I checked into my room it wasn't what I expected for this to be Sheraton facility, I've stayed at motels with better rooms and bedding that at the Four points Miami beach, it seems as if they put me in the worst room they had, room 501, the walls were paper thin, I could hear what was going on above and beside me. The fitness room was a joke as the equipment was either damaged or broken and there was a constant leak right in front of the deflated ab machine. I would never recommend this particular property to anyone to stay in however I know that Starwood typically has really nice properties so I will still recommend the Starwood brand just never that hotel. I can honestly say that I was over all disappointed with my stay, the room was small and outdated, the staff wasn't all that friendly however the bar tender was very nice. July 19, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Staff Was told there would be a fridgerator in the room, none kept requesting it nobody never got back to me, had to ask for towels three days was never put in room after cleaning, staff at front desk has no manors never smiles,I asked for something to be faxed the young man said here you go after I said thank you.i had to keep my sons insulin on ice in a bucket for a week , I asked every day for the frig, I can just not believe how we were treated it's like nobody cares. Rated 1 out of 5 by frequent flyers this was the worst stay out of all that we have had. my husband and I stay at this hotel quite frequently. this time however was the worst, our AC was broken, and Angel (maintenance) said we needed a new motor. So the entire stay 6 days, we had to have our curtain closed, so we paid for a view we didn't get. They tried to move our room four other times, and the room next to ours also had a broken AC. two of the rooms were four floors below, so we lost the view. and one room on the tenth floor had the worst odor, which the manager himself could smell. Patrick the guest service man was the rudest customer service person we have ever dealt with their. Ceaser tried to accommodate us, but unfortunately our issue was never resolved. we love this hotel so much and after this last experience I do not know we would ever go back July 16, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Get-Away The hotel met all of my needs. Cleanliness is always at the top of my list and the hotel was very clean. The stafff was kind and attentive and the location was right on the beach, which was perfect for my getaway. July 13, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Ups and Downs I would not be coming back to this property, there is miscommunication everywhere. The beginning was rough. Every time I called to get simple answers I always got a different one. When I finally got to speak to the manager Maryalice and expressed her my concerns she just said how can I help you and after she said you are all set. Not even sorry or anything, attitude very surprising coming from a manager. Watson was the only person who made it happen and was very nice. The third day I ordered room service, $18 salad and the evening room service calls and comes to my room as if I had no money. Call the front desk and they say I have to pay on my own, I explain to them that there is $200 cash deposit and they say no as the manager had already said it can be done. Again no communication and I am very frustrated. Room service guy comes back to my room and ask what do I plan to do like seriously?!! I am just trying to enjoy my vacation peacefully and I am not. The person who checked me out just handed me the receipt, no greeting or thanking me for staying. If that's how you treat customers who spend their money I will not be back. July 9, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great hotel Great location Loved our stay at the Four Points. Great experience from the moment of check-in. Friendly staff. Our room had a wonderful view of the water amd a large balcony. Breakfast buffet was delicious and dining staff was efficient and friendly. Pool was fine and boardwalk and beach were only steps away. Location was excellent; close to South Beach activity without all the noise and people. Definitely would stay here again! May 19, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by This hotel is horrible I would not recommend this hotel to folks. While it's a bit cheaper - the rooms are older and the staff seems miserable. There were SEVERAL times we had to go down to get towels, glasses, etc. I understand that the hotel may be short staffed, but to do this 1-2 times a day seemed a bit much. May 11, 2016
