Overall very great experience. Friendly and accommodating service. Pool and beach are awesome as well as the ocean views. Location is not the best, but close enough to everything within 10 minutes in South Beach. Hotel rooms could use a little dressing up, but most Miami hotels in general lack great upkeep. Lobby was very nice.

We had a problem/handicap parking. My son uses a wheelchair and has a van/a ramp therefore he needs to park himself to be sure he has access. We were given a parking voucher across the street, but when we wanted to leave the voucher was not accepted and we had to pay parking which was supposed to be included in our reservations.

I was disappointed with the facility, especially the cleanliness of the guest floor hallways and the room shower. It's clear that they are in the process of making improvements, but given the location of the hotel and the length of time that it has been in the Starwood group, I am disappointed. It should be so much better.

We booked the Four Points for our family and guest for it's SPG affiliation, and its close proximity to the W Hotel where we were getting married that weekend. I called the hotel a month prior to arriving to confirm our reservation and ID requirements for the Gov't rate. However, once we reach the hotel front desk, Watson had a different story. He gave us the hardest time, was crass, rude and ignorant, he decided what was a government agency and mine wasn't one,though he could of googled Government Agencies and mine would of came up. When asked to speak with a more knowledgable supervisor no one was available he stated he was the only manager available. I explained that I called prior to reaching the hotel and whom I spoke with at the hotel however, he wasn't customer service friendly nor knowledgeable.
When we called to speak with another supervisor after we check out and they were just as bad and highly confrontational. My husband and I are highly traveled, we have never experienced such ugliness from hotel personnel and it's sad that for the few bad apples employed there we would never patronize any Four Points by Sheraton.

The place is a little dated. The shower head needed to be reinstalled and the ice machine didn't work. The restaurant is good but not great. Location is great - next to the beach, great pool, outside gardens were nice. Great walking on the boardwalk. Personnel very friendly and helpful. No furniture on the decks.

The hotel is has a great location and facility. I believe the room cleanliness and staff attendance toward customers need some improvements.

I used my spg points to stay, so it was a bargain......the restaurant dinner specials were also well conceived and dollar friendly. The hotel's location next to the Fountainblue and Soho Beach Club make people watching fun...and If you see paparazzi, you know someone famous is nearby.

The personal were nice and friendly but the rooms ans hallways were outdated.I felt like it was at a Old Age Home not a hotel.The pool area is decent but nothing to ride home about.I couldn't find towels outside or on way out.You cant take SPG standard when booking a hotel anymore.

This hotel started my experience with the I availability to valet my car. There was no Shampoo or body wash in the room as their wall canisters were empty. The bath room although clean the first day, was full of random hair the next day. I have short hair and they were long.

The physical property was actually was better than expected. The rooms are clean and the lobby is renovated and decorated well. The service that I received at check-in was on par with a 2 star hotel on the side of the interstate. There is no pool scene at all, no music, etc.

Although the room walls were somewhat in dispare, the service and comfort were excellent! Location was good for where we needed to be and easy to get to lower South Beach when we wanted to. All in all great trip!!
We did try the restaurant for breakfast and was very good.

When going to restaurant for breakfast, buffet was only food available. My wife and I only wanted an english muffin or bagel with coffee and were informed only through room service or by paying for buffet. A good amenity though was coffee was available at no charge.

I was very impressed with cleanliness, concierge services, staff services, accommodations and location. I will be sure to book future vacations at Four Points Sheratons. You could tell the hotel was kept up and the staff were proud to be working there.

My wife and I stayed here in November 2012. Hotel lobby is great, but misleading because the rooms are an absoloute dump and not something you would expect to spend so my money on. Very dissatisfied. The experience in general has turned me off of SPG.

guest in the next room were so loud, slamming doors and cursing and watching the tv loud, u can hear them clearly from the elevator. its was 2am and we really didn't want to pack and move our room, otherwise our stay was great

I have stayed here at this location many times for work and pleasure. The staff had always made sure that me and my family have a comfortable stay. The hotel has a nice pool, good restaurant and great beach.

The room had many shortcomings including a loose wobbly toilet, bathtub plug didn't work, paint splattered on the back of the bathroom door and around the frame, bathroom door was difficult to close, balcony tiles were cracked and broken.....

Had to change 3 rooms,1st # 521 dirty carpet & no lights in bathroom, 2nd # 525 dirtier carpet much smaller than 1st, 3rd # 1022 good room poor housekeeping service, poor remodeling job(loose deadbolts,loose eletric sockets etc...)

The hotel is located near the boardwalk and beach at Miami beach. It is only a few miles to South Beach ($2 busride). The hotel has a nice yard with swimming pool.
Restaurant is good, personnel is friendly and helpful.

Horrible front desk staff. The guy was so rude and refused to accomodate anything I requested. When I asked him if he would like his customers to return? He said- I dont really care!
However, great restaurant staff!!

From having room keys that did not work to someone pretending to be a waitress at dinner to having to ask to have the room cleaned at nearly 2 in the afternoon, this is easily the worst SPG experience we have had.

Overall stay was good but I was not too happy about the room. The lobby looks clean and modern but the room looks old and slightly dirty. The furnitures are worn out.

I would recommend this hotel to my friends and plan on staying here again in the future. The staff was very helpful and the grounds well kept. The room was clean but the door to the balcony looked a little dated.

Great location and friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are badly in need of significant upgrading. We had a oceanfront room with a porch but there were no chairs on the porch! That's just unacceptable.

I just came for the weekend and was very happy to find this gem of a hotel on the beach.. The staff went out of their way to help us and the rooms were very nice. Can't wait to go back
