We missed our return flight because the valet employee was asleep in the office. We got down to the lobby at 4am and no one was in the lobby. We called the hotel number ( Four Points Miami Beach) and no one picked up. We actually heard the phone ringing in the office while we're at the lobby. An employee who looked like starting her shift came in and she found the valet guy sleeping in the office. It took us 30 minutes to find someone and 15 minutes for the valet to bring our car to us. This was unacceptable as we have missed our flight and had to be placed to a stand by.

Rated 4 out of 5 by ConcernedPleasanton Great location and management
Was greeted with a personal card in the room. As a platinum guest, I appreciate that.
The room was really nice and clean. The view is incredible and great location. I think its the best part of Miami Beach.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Stevie24 Horrible experience
Didn't give me the room that I paid for and then claimed that I never asked for it. Promised to reimburse me extra services that I payed for because it I didn't totally receive what I asked for and then went back on their word and claimed that they never said that. Air conditioner hardly worked. Manager was very rude to us! Pool was closed for most of my stay. Oh, and the keys to the room never worked!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Gary99a Enjoyed my stay
We were here one night prior to taking a cruise out of Miami. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was nice, the pool and hot tub were great. Easy access to the beach. Little things like having the daily newspaper and a complementary coffee bar in the morning was nice. I would definitely come back here and spend a few days.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Sp11 Super Rude Staff, Worst SPG Stay I've Had
I am SPG gold, have stayed in hundreds of hotels, but this was maybe the worst guest experience I've had. My room wasn't ready until 8pm at which point I was given the room I didn't book - one with one bed instead of two. During that whole time, the staff kept acting like it was somehow my fault the room wasn't ready. Even in the morning, I tried to store my luggage with the bell desk and was told, "luggage room is full"- without even a "we're sorry" or even looking at me when they said it. The facilities suck, but I don't even mind that, it's the staff's lack of helpfulness that irks me because that's something that's easy to fix. I would never recommend this hotel and think it's absurd to call it a SPG hotel. I spent 16000 points for one night and wasn't even given the suite I actually booked.
