Rated 5 out of 5 by Nice FInish to a Long Day After driving 6 hours to my destination it was great to have a nice room to settle into. It also didn't hurt to have an on site restaurant who serves a terrific burger for dinner. Definitely my place to stop when visiting our office in the area. September 5, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Interstate noise The hotel staffs were kind courteous, and professional. The facility was clean and maintained. This was not a good experience, Room 238 faced the interstate and traffic noise is terrible, walls are thin because I could hear people in the next room talking late into the night and a baby crying. My attempt to block that noise failed because the T.V. in the room wasn't working. The following morning, I did receive my wakeup call on time, however there was no coffee in the room to be made, and nothing available in the lobby that early in the morning. It’s been years since I stayed at the location, and would not recommend for the price as to comparable nearby hotels. August 21, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Disappointed 1. Very confused when walking in - registration desk had NO signage - No listing posted for events and their venues. Desk clerk didn't even know our venue! 2. No refrigerator, microwave or FAN in the bathroom!! 3. Not being able to combine our reservations. We had group rates for 2 nights and wanted to stay a 3rd. I had to make 2 reservations, 2 payments and then we had to check out and check back in. And being told they would TRY to keep us in the same room. How incompetent for a "worldwide" hotel chain. Very customer Unfriendly. August 26, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Felt at home Pittsburgh area is half way between our house and our daughters'. We have stayed at the Four Points Pittsburgh North before and have always been received and welcomed by the staff. Our stay last week was no exception. They were very friendly and helpful from the time we walked in until the time we left. The facility is very comfortable. The huge lobby is inviting. We will stop there next week on our way home. Rated 2 out of 5 by This nhotel has been in "renovation" mode for years! I am tired of excuses and always seeing the signs about "excuse our dust as we undergo our million dollar renovation" It has been in the same condition for several years and much of the hotel DOES need work-sometimes just some painting! Also, the front desk staff was not very friendly or helpful. On the good side, the fitness facility and pool are first rate! August 20, 2014
