Rated 5 out of 5 by Very nice accommodations and amenities The stay was very nice and comfortable. The reason for two less-than-perfect scores in my survey are as follows: We were in room 453, at the end of the corridor, which might acount for the reason that we couldn't cool the room to a comfortable temperature. The quality of sleep was impacted by some rowdy tenants on the 4th floor slamming doors and making quite a bit of noise late Saturday night after the wedding reception downstairs. Otherwise, the stay was great and the continental buffet breajfast was also very nice in the restaurant downstairs. July 7, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Below expectations I am generally pleased with all Starwood hotels but this stay did not meet my expectations based on other stays. The halls were very noisy but the walls seemed to let more noise in than normal. I gave an updated credit card to charge during check in but once I arrived home I noticed the credit card I used while booking was charged instead. July 8, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good stay The KRA meeting venue is excellent. The breakfasts were good but expensive and some restaurant staff seemed a little curt and slow to respond to needs. For instance, I requested OJ and decaf. The decaf had to be brewed (that was OK), but the OJ wasn't brought until the decaf was brewed and I ate half my breakfast without anything to drink. Next morning I was being lead to a seat as a loner and ran into a friend carrying his food to another table. I asked the hostess if I could go sit with him (even before sitting down at an empty table) and she said stiffly and cooly, "Well I don't even know where he is sitting." It was an unwelcoming response. The food quality was good. June 30, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very nice for the price The only thing was the lack of soap in the bathroom. When I inquired, I was told they got rid of bars of soap and that I could use the shower gel or shampoo pumps in the shower. ? July 8, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Hotel was great, staff was not With the exception of the lifeguards, the staff was not very good. They were unfriendly and seemed as if we were bothering them. Very difficult to get extra towels before 8:00 am. Seemed like we were a bother to them. But the life guards were fantastic....friendly and polite and stern when needed to the kids. July 7, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by My Hotel Stay In June 2014 This is my favorite hotel that I've stayed at because it is exceptionally clean, comfortable, efficient, and friendly to its guests. It has car service and a restaurant right on its premises which eliminates the stress of finding a place to eat, or takes the guesswork on traveling , especially for non car drivers.. I am looking forward to my next stay in October! July 1, 2014
