My overall experience was memorable from check-in to restaurant experience to check-out. All associates are very friendly; and especially my pleasant encounter with the Restaurant Manager, Amad. He extended a warm welcome and his service is impeccable; and same as his staff. Restaurant food was great.

This would be my third stay at Four points Sheraton in London and I absolutely love the hotel! I do not stay anywhere else when I come there. While they are currently doing renovations it is not disturbing at all and the new rooms are impeccable and the beds, it is like sleeping in clouds, I was in awe when I walked through the door. The fitness center is open 24hrs which is perfect as I did arrive late and needed a gym! Four Points Sheraton is a preferred Hotel by my company and I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone who is travelling. Hopefully next time I can stay a bit longer!

I usually don't write reviews but feel compelled to. Came in late Saturday evening due to a snow storm. Front desk staff had the giggles which is refreshing to see instead of dealing with robots . Late check out not a problem . Beauitul clean rooms with a working thermostat . I know where I'm staying next time I'm in London....

When we first arrived there was an issue with our reservation and they fixed it immediately. The room was wonderful, newly renovated and very nice. I would highly recommend this to anyone!!!

This was a 2-night stay to catch a great play at the Grand Theatre. Check in was friendly and efficient. Thank you Zaid for explaining the renovations and showing the lay out in the two queen-bed rooms. Due to the ongoing renovations of the tower suites, there were no suite upgrades but a very nice renovated king-bed room was assigned. Dinner in Vic's restaurant on both nights was excellent. Good food, good value and excellent service. Thank you Ahmad. Breakfast on both mornings was also excellent. Truly outstanding service from Teresa on both mornings. All the staff seem to care greatly and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Thank you Paul for shutting down the in-hallway hockey game. We were given late check out. Check-out was speedy and professional. Looking forward to our next stay.

I was snowed in and needed to spend the night. Picked a place close to the 401.This hotel was wonderful. Friendly helpful staff. Room was beautiful. Great bed with cozy duvet and 4 huge pillows. Everything looked new and was spotless. Had a wonderful dinner in the restaurant. Amazing Grilled veggie sandwich. Menu was extensive. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the price was reasonable too.

We arrived in the p.m. and had a fantastic time. Great staff, rooms and the buffet at 6:30 p.m. was to die for. What a great hotel. Mrs. Griffith was very helpful in our selection process and we thank her for all of her help.

Terry, the FD Manager was excellent. The room was spotless, well appointed. Food in the lounge was excellent, breakfast food was excellent. Staff in both locations were wonderful. housekeeping did an excellent job. i greatly appreciated the freezer in the mini bar (i travel with ice packs). the dispensers in the shower were awesome! no waste and no annoying lids to take off! shower head properly dispensed the water (many now days do not!) coffee was great! the microwave was a nice touch! I appreciated the morning paper also! For the price this is an outstanding hotel, I would stay again in a second.
