As a platinum guest prior I would always get the best room in the house if available. I had to use suite upgrades to get in tower this time. Lots of rooms available. in tower?? Go figure. The hotel has spent a lot of money to be able to charge more for the rooms. Owner wants to pay for them now. Am considering moving to another hotel when in London. Just so people know I have stayed at this Hotel a minimum of 12-14 nights per year for the last 10years.
If I stay it is only because people like Terry that make an effort to keep my business.. Not some of the people that are higher up in the food chain.. I am hoping the service gets better and I will consider staying again.

I have stayed at this hotel in London on
many occasions- it is unbeatable for cleanliness, friendliness , value and service. It is ideal for business or pleasure.
The dining room and lounge are both excellent. I look forward to future stays.

Well It was my honeymoon we stayed here .Number one the room was beautiful. Comfy clean. Vics restaurant Amhad was the best Very kind and our German waitress sorry cant remember her name I just loved her .I went to the manager to inform him how wonderful our stay was I had tears in my eyes never did I ever think they would make our honeymoon so amazing at a hotel.. And by the way Im the type that always has something to complain about lol. Nothing here to complain about. Im so happy We spent our special day there and every three months were going back ...Thank you all for making our special day amazing ...

So this is my 4th and maybe last time staying at this hotel. Most of the staff is great, I do not want this to reflet them at all. BUT this one Guy with a british accent, is the Major issue I had there. Walking the halls waiting looking for trouble, looking to make mountains out of molehills. Examples: I was in the lobby walking through it with a friend talking to him about his day and he asked us to stop talking. No one else in lobby, we were not being loud. Asking me to not walk so loudly in the halls. Again I was just walking not stomping just walking. I have a few more where I feel like he was harassing me/ my friends. The only other issue I had was the not working pocket door in the bathroom, but the nice lady at the front desk sent a guy up o fix it 2 times, sadly it did not work. :(

Enjoyed our stay.
room VERY clean and comfortable
used the pool and our grandchildren loved it. Buffet breakfast was VERY good
