We got upgraded to a suite. It was very nice. Spacious, modern and clean. Super comfy bed and pillows! Mini kitchen w/microwave and small fridge was nice for leftovers from dinner out and breakfast stuff so we could eat in the room. Will definitely stay again if we are back in that area.
A couple of minor suggestions are 1. that they put a towel bar by the sink in the bathroom area - the only towel bar was in by the tub and 2. a lighted vanity mirror by the bathroom sink b/c the lighting in there was kind of dark for doing makeup, but not a dealbreaker.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and we always enjoy our stay. We were upgraded to a suite which was very nice, modern, comfortable, quite and had nice amenities. Very comfortable bed. The indoor pool is very nice and well maintained. The only issues we had were with the restaurant. We went down to the bistro at 915 to order dinner. We were tired so ordered it to go so we could eat in our room. We sat there for about 30 seconds and the server asked if we were ready to order, we said we needed a few more minutes. She came back ten minutes later and took our order and then we waited 30 minutes for our food. When she brought it out the order wasn't complete so we had to wait even longer. The food was good but service was lacking and it took a total of 45 minutes from sitting down to getting our food. Also we ordered breakfast from the room service menu. I had oatmeal, he had French toast. Mine was cold, his was 2 pieces of bread battered and cut in half. WAY over priced. So the restaurant was a disappointment. On previous visits we've ordered food at the bar and the food, service and drinks were great. Also the bar has a great happy hour with complimentary hors d'oeuvres. Overall we will go back. We probably will go out for dinner though. Cheers!

Quality of rooms rivals any of the vest hotels. Very comfortable beds, great reading lamps and pretty damn good coffee. The only downer was that Sunday's breakfast buffet was gross. Soggy and cold eggs....the only thing good was the bacon. Friday's Fish Fry on the other hand was very good. We'd stay here again - the rooms are great and the value is very high.

Although the front desk service was helpful and friendly, other staff was not. Dining staff sat and talked loudly about things that customers don't want to here. The pool main thence man was completely rude. He had no problem yelling at our kids when we were right there and they clearly were not doing anything wrong.

This hotel is convenient to downtown and most venues. The staff is wonderful, they assist with every concern. This made my trip more enjoyable.

This was my 3rd stay in the last 6 months.
The tasteful remodel of this hotel has made it a very comfortable, pleasing and accommodating environment.
Judy and Shannon are always very professional and friendly, and go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. Everyone in this hotel, from the front desk to restaurant & bar staff all the way to Tommy the shuttle driver are simply just the best!

Everything from our Arrival to our Departure was seamless. The breakfast far exceeded our expectations.
We loved the decor throughout the Hotel!
