I like the fitness room, however i suggest moving the free weights (dumbells) and bench to the opposit end near the mirrors. Its good to have a mirror available while lifting. Thanks.

Although the front desk service was helpful and friendly, other staff was not. Dining staff sat and talked loudly about things that customers don't want to here. The pool main thence man was completely rude. He had no problem yelling at our kids when we were right there and they clearly were not doing anything wrong.

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. The recent upgrades to the hotel are nicely done. The staff is friendly and courteous. I recomend this hotel to anyone that is interested. I recomend this hotel to my colleagues whenever we travel to Wilwaukee on business.

Everything from our Arrival to our Departure was seamless. The breakfast far exceeded our expectations.
We loved the decor throughout the Hotel!

the breakfast buffet was great but I think that the you could have more selections for the evening meal - like soup and sandwidh, a buffet usually we are not that hungery in the evening so more pasta salads and soups and sanwidhes would be great

We stayed for a night this past weekend and everything was fabulous! The staff were great when we asked for assistance; the room was clean and spacious; the pool was nice and warm and the location was great. We'll be back!

We were unable to nap before a big event in the evening due to workers pounding and hammering on the roof. The front desk put us on the top floor! (why?) so the noise level was incredible. Upon asking desk clerk about it, she apologized and asked if we wished another room. Since our window of opportunity to rest was ruined and we were going to be out for the rest of the evening, I said no. It would have been very helpful to be informed that this roof maintenance would continue the next morning at 7 a.m.! Then, to make matters worse, our electricity was cut off at 8 a.m. so we were unable to clean up before checking out.
