when I checked in there was a young teenager handling my check-in. she asked for my card and I stated that the debit card I am giving here is not the card I am using to pay and that another person was paying for my room. I had prepaid for the visit.
that evening I went to a restaurant and when I went to pay for my meal my card was declined. our group drove 370 miles to an event in Milwaukee and personally I had only $300 for the weekend in my bank account for food and gas. times are tight.
I went online and checked my account and there was a hold for $350 on my account. which basically overdraws my account and made my weekend funds unavailable to me. the manager stated there was nothing he could do until Monday. thank you Sheraton for making my weekend stay a very miserable one. we could not join our group for team functions for dinner and other activities because we had no money. we were in town for a soccer tournament and we could not buy a souvenir shirt as we always do for our child (which is minor) we had no money for the gas for our trip home. thank you very much. I had to beg 3 different parents to borrow money for gas to get home on Sunday night. just a horrible experience. the hold was reversed on Monday. big deal. my weekend with my family was horrible thank you. oh yes the manager of the hotel did feed us pizzas on Saturday night. yuck! as the rest our group had a dinner function elsewhere. but thanks....

I come to this area occasionally and always stay at this hotel. It's nicer than any other one in the area, and service is always fine. I had a bit of a screw up with my SPG recognition (first they couldn't find me then, when they did, they assigned my stay to someone else's SPG account), but it was ultimately rectified. I'd stay here again.

was really pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was. Nicest I've stayed in this area.

My stay at the Four Points Hotel by Sheraton was one of the best I have stayed at in years. Your customer service was excellent most of the time. The front Dish staff Judi and Vanessa were polite pleasant and very welcoming. Your restaurant staff couldn't get any better. Liz, Michelle and the other young lady along with the Manager were friendly very accommodating, happy and very much a pleasure to ask any question.. I would hire these ladies any time. The Hotel staff was excellent

We stayed here because it was part of the Starwood family and we wanted a place close to Milwaukee and Cedarburg. The Fours Points fit the bill perfectly. The hotel was lovely, the staff helpful and the room very comfortable - large and quiet. The outstanding feature was our housekeeper, Shirley. We checked out Saturday morning to head to Door County. About an hour out, we realized we'd left my camera. I called the hotel and they knew immediately about the situation. Shirley had called down to the desk as soon as she found the camera and they had tried to catch us in the parking lot. They held the camera for us for three days until we drove back through on our way home. The whole staff was friendly and gracious. I was very impressed with the overall integrity of everyone involved.

Hotel is great, very satisfied.
The breakfast food is fine, however, the staff is non responsive. I am perfectly happy to get my own coffee and OJ but since the setup is the staff pours those for you, it is so troublesome.
I was at the hotel and breakfast 4 mornings.
Day 1: High bar stool area, saw both waitress pouring for everyone else but me, had to try hard to get their attention
Day 2: Same high bar stoll, same situation, pouring for everyone else. Manager stop by and still took a while
Day 3: Sat in the main area to make it easier. Same thing.
Day 4: Sat in the center of it all, slow for a Friday, only 1 waitress, and still could not get attention.

I would like to mention Tawanna (front desk) Matt (bar tender) D" angelo (manager) were the most outstanding individuals that I could mention. They consistantly went over the boundrys of good professionalism in dealing with customers. Friendly, helpful, generous in every way. We thank all of you but these 3 made our stay wonderful.
