Rated 4 out of 5 by Quick Stay I arrived late at night after a really long drive. This hotel has lots of parking and there was tons of parking space available with reasonable access to the front door. The welcome was friendly enough and I was given a Platinum upgrade to a suite. I was asked which amenity I would like, so job well done. The highlight of the stay was the comfort of the bed. The room was clean and had some nice extra appointments from the standard Fourpoints white refresh. I enjoyed the reading lights and the easy access bottom switches rather than the wall mount lights with their high switches. I wish the Fourpoints chairs were not cool chrome. My only complaint was that the morning sun was not blocked by the blackout blinds. July 20, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Dissapointed Lately As a weekly guest of this hotel for the past 18 months, I used to get "special" treatment where I was assured a room and got bumped up to a suite on most stays. There was a staff change about two months ago where the check-in person left the company and it hasn't been the same since. More recently, the service has been less than stellar including room upgrades, room service attentiveness and staff attentiveness. I definitely don't feel like a frequent guest at this hotel. I don't think it's going to change whether I stay here but it's a bit dissapointing as a Starwood Platinum member. July 11, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Very nice Hotel This hotel tries hard to meet the customers needs. They are very friendly and are eager to help you and fix any issues you may have. I like the airport shuttle and they have an excellent breakfast Buffet. Overall very good hotel. July 16, 2014
