Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid driver’s license or passport).

Check Cashing Policy

Check cashing services are available to registered hotel guests who present a valid, major credit card and photo identification. There is a limit of 100 USD per stay. Starwood Preferred Guest Gold and Platinum members enjoy a limit of 300 USD per stay.

Early Departure Policy

An early departure fee of one night’s room and tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date. Guests will be asked to confirm their departure date upon check-in. Please check the terms of your reservation for specific conditions or exceptions.

Extra Bedding Policy

Extra bed(s) can not be added to any guest room at the hotel.

Party Policy

In an effort to create a peaceful environment for all guests, parties of any kind are not permitted in accommodations. A maximum of four people is permitted in a guest room at any time, and a maximum of eight people is permitted in a suite. Noise complaints are taken very seriously and may result in eviction without compensation. Any compensation given to a guest disturbed by you or your guests may be charged to your account at the hotel’s discretion.

Package Handling Policy

There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.

Pet Policy

Cats and dogs weighing 40 pounds or less are allowed at the hotel and are welcomed with a treat. Guests must sign a waiver at check-in and will be charged 25 USD per day above the room rate. There is a non-refundable 100 USD cleaning fee regardless of length of stay.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Payment Policy

To arrange a payment for a reservation, please contact Reservations at (1)(504) 681-5497 to provide credit card details. After normal business hours, please email your contact details to nolareservations@starwoodhotels.com, and a Reservations department member will contact you.

Smoking Policy

The hotel is 100% smoke-free. There are designated smoking areas outside of the building, including the Bamboo Garden. A cleaning fee of 200 USD per day will be charged to a guest’s account should smoking occur anywhere outside the designated smoking areas.
