Hotel Policies
ADA Policy
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to check in. Children are considered ages 17 and under.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available upon request and will be assigned upon check in if available. Only rooms of the same class can connect, and both rooms will have the same bed type (one king-size or two double beds in each room).
Early Departure Policy
Guests departing early will be charged for all room nights remaining on their reservation.
Early Arrival Policy
Check-in before 3pm may be possible based on availability.
Extra Bedding Policy
Extra bedding is available for a fee of $20 per night.
ID Requirement
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license or government issued ID.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout after 12pm can be accommodated based on availability.
Pet Policy
Dogs up to 60 pounds are allowed. A $100 refundable deposit and a $25 per night cleaning fee will be charged. Service dogs are exempt from both of these rules.
Pool Policy
The pool and hot tubs are only available for hotel guest use.
Resort Charge Policy
The resort charges a fee of $20 plus taxes per room per night. This resort charge includes Aspen-Pitkin County Airport (ASE) pickup and drop-off, ski and bike storage, High Speed Internet Access, and local telephone calls.
Smoking Policy
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
