Starwood Preferred Guest Information
Although this is a villa property, with fully equipped units, a unique exception has been made to allow this location to participate in the Starwood Preferred Guest program. Due to the nature of this exceptional villa, this location is unable to offer upgrades, late check-out, or daily newspaper. This location will credit Starpoints on all eligible dollars spent and will allow free night award stays but with the following restrictions:
- May only book within 365 days of arrival
- Inventory may be limited
- Starpoints acquired through conversion of a vacation ownership interest may not be redeemed at a Starwood Vacation Ownership property.
Pools Closed for Resurfacing: May 10 – 24, 2014
From May 10 to 24, 2014, the pool, children’s pool and hot tub will be closed for resurfacing. During this time, The Turtle Reef Resort pool located next door will be available for staying guests. The resurfacing will not affect guests staying in the villas. Please contact the resort for further information.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve and check into a room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card (photo identification). There is a limit of $50 per stay.
Early Arrival Policy
We invite you to check in after 4 p.m., and request that you check out before 10 a.m. However, if your arrival or departure does not coincide with our schedule, the Front Desk will be happy to receive your bags while you enjoy the surrounding resort facilities. For your security, keys will only be given to the individual with the reservation unless other arrangements have been made.
Rollaways are subject to a $5.00 per night fee (which is subject to change).
All of our nightly rental guests are provided a complete villa cleaning each day and a sheet change every third day, with the exception of those rate plans that do not include service. Verify the rate plan before booking your reservation to see if it includes daily housekeeping service.

In order to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible and to keep your villa clean and comfortable, our policy is that pets are not permitted anywhere on the resort property.
SPG Participation Disclaimer
All rooms at the Vistana's Beach Club are villas; therefore, Starpoint Award reservations must be booked at a higher Starpoint rate through your local customer contact center.
Breathe in the fresh air. Our resort is smoke-free. Guests are asked to refrain from smoking in all enclosed public areas, including the villas. The balcony or lanai of the villa, if so equipped, is a designated smoking area. A fee may be charged to cover the expense of restoring the smoke-free environment of our villas. In addition, the resort observes local and state smoking ordinances that may prohibit smoking in some public places.
