Policies
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid identification.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older to check-in.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card. There is a limit of $100 per day.
Early Departure Policy
Please note that an early departure fee of one night's room and tax applies to reservation changes and cancels made after check in.
Family Plan
Children 18 and younger sleep free in existing bedding.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Parking Policy
Valet parking is available to hotel and restaurant guests for a fee. In/Out privileges are extending to overnight guests. Parking garage has a 6-foot, 8-inch clearance.
*Additional fee is required for overnight guests with a checkout after 4pm.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed. Only seeing eye/service dogs are allowed. No other pets are permitted.
Smoking Policy
The hotel is entirely smoke free including all of the guest rooms. There will be a $250 cleaning fee for any guest that smokes in a guest room. The smoke free policy is per the city of Boston ordinance.
